fa خانواده‌ها، بیماران پنهان بخش های مراقبت ویژه : بررسی بار مالی و روانی مراقبت‌های ویژه تخصصي Special نامه به سردبیر Editorial <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span aptos="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این مقاله با هدف جلب توجه به چالش‌های روانی و مالی پنهان در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> (ICU) </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">به بررسی باری می‌پردازد که بر دوش خانواده‌های بیماران تحمیل می‌شود. در حالی که تیم درمانی بر نجات جان بیمار تمرکز دارد، خانواده‌ها با استرس، اضطراب و فشارهای مالی سنگین روبرو هستند که می‌تواند منجر به مشکلات روانشناختی بلندمدت مانند اضطراب، افسردگی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> (PTSD) </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">شود. این آسیب‌ها نه تنها کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها را مختل می‌کند، بلکه توانایی آن‌ها در حمایت مؤثر از بیمار را نیز کاهش می‌دهد. چالش‌های اصلی شامل فقدان حمایت مالی و اطلاعاتی کافی، هزینه‌های سنگین درمانی و عدم ارتباط مؤثر و شفاف بین تیم درمانی و خانواده‌ها است. محدودیت‌های ساعات ملاقات و قوانین سختگیرانه نیز به این مشکلات دامن زده و حس تنهایی و درماندگی را در خانواده‌ها افزایش می‌دهد. برای مقابله با این چالش‌ها، راهکارهایی مانند ارائه مشاوره‌های مالی به خانواده‌ها، توسعه پروتکل‌های ارتباطی منظم، انعطاف‌پذیری در ساعات ملاقات، و فراهم کردن خدمات مشاوره روانشناختی پیشنهاد می‌شود. همچنین، آموزش کادر درمان در زمینه مهارت‌های ارتباطی و همدلی می‌تواند به بهبود تعاملات و حمایت مؤثر از خانواده‌ها کمک کند. با اجرای این راهکارها، می‌توان محیطی حمایتی‌تر برای همراهان بیمار فراهم کرد و به بهبود تجربه و در نهایت، بهبودی بهتر بیماران کمک نمود</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span aptos="" style="font-family:"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This article aims to draw attention to the hidden psychological and financial challenges in intensive care units (ICUs) by assessing the burden imposed on patients&rsquo; families. While the medical team focuses on saving the patient&rsquo;s life, families face severe stress, anxiety, and substantial financial pressures that can lead to long-term psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These impacts not only disrupt their quality of life but also diminish their ability to effectively support the patient. The main challenges include insufficient financial and informational support, high medical costs, and ineffective, unclear communication between the healthcare team and families. Visitation restrictions and strict regulations exacerbate these issues, increasing feelings of loneliness and helplessness among families. To address these challenges, solutions such as providing financial counseling to families, developing regular communication protocols, allowing flexible visiting hours, and offering psychological counseling services are proposed. Furthermore, training healthcare staff in communication skills and empathy can enhance interactions and foster more effective support for families.
