زمینه و هدف: امروزه ترک حرفه به عنوان یکی از چالش های مطرح شده در سازمان‌های بهداشتی و درمانی محسوب می شود. پرستاران بخش عمده نیروی کار نظام مراقبت بهداشتی می باشند و خروج آن‌ها سبب تحمیل هزینه های سنگین به نظام سلامت می شود. این مطالعه با هدف مرور نظام مند بر مطالعات انجام شده در مورد عوامل مرتبط با تمایل به ترک خدمت در پرستاران اجرا شده است.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مروری مقالات منتشر شده بین سال های 1379 تا 1397 (2000 تا 2018 میلادی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به این منظور پایگاه های ProQuest, Google Scholar PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Science Direct, Cinahl,  SID, ،Iranmedex, Nindex و  MagIranمورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: در مجموع 50 مقاله انتخاب و تحلیل شد. با توجه به نتایج، عوامل فردی (جنس، سن، سطح تحصیلات، سابقه کار و وضعیت ازدواج) و عوامل سازمانی (روابط بین فردی در محل کار، کیفیت زندگی کاری، استرس شغلی، رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی، فرسودگی شغلی، سبک رهبری، دیسترس اخلاقی، تعارض کار- خانواده، شرایط نامساعد کار، خشونت در محیط کار و عدالت در محل کار) با تمایل به ترک خدمت پرستاران ارتباط داشت.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل به ترک خدمت در پرستاران و تلاش برای رفع آن ها مؤثر است.
