زمینه و هدف: تزریقات غیر ایمن به عنوان طاعون سیستم بهداشتی است که تهدیدی مداوم به ایمنی بیمار می باشد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر برنامه آموزشی چند رسانه ای بر نگرش پرستاران استان گلستان در مورد تزریق ایمن انجام گردید.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی یک گروهی، 50 نفر پرستار در یک بیمارستان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و محقق ساخته نگرش استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه نگرش قبل از مداخله توسط پرستاران تکمیل گردید. سپس یک دوره برنامه آموزشی چند رسانه ای در مورد تزریق ایمن برای پرستاران به اجرا گذارده شد. شش هفته بعد از مداخله، مجدداً پرسشنامه نگرش توسط پرستاران تکمیل گردید جهت آنالیز داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و آزمون آماری Pair t test استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین و انحراف معیار نگرش پرستاران در مورد تزریق ایمن به ترتیب قبل از آموزش7/41±75/08 و بعد از آموزش 7/39±92/30 گردید. به عبارتی تی زوج نشان  داد که بین نگرش پرستاران قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت آماری معنادار وجود دارد (0/05p<).
نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج به دست آمده آموزش چند رسانه ای باعث مثبت تر شدن نگرش پرستاران در مورد تزریق ایمن گردید، لذا توصیه می گردد در روش سنتی آموزش پرستاران تجدید نظر گردد  و از مداخله چند رسانه¬ای که روشی مقرون به صرفه و ساده است در محیط بالین استفاده گردد.
