مقدمه و هدف: میگرن یک بیماری مغز و اعصاب است که از نظر اتیولوژی چندین عامل در شروع یا تشدید آن تأثیر دارند. یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر این بیماری عوامل روان‌شناختی همچون کمال‌گرایی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی علائم سردرد میگرن بر اساس ابعاد کمال‌گرایی در پرستاران بود.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح‌های همبستگی بود که 280 پرستار زن با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای در سال 1397 انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه ابعاد کمال‌گرایی فراست و علائم سردرد میگرن نجاریان استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع-آوری شده به کمک روش‌های آماری توصیفی شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار و روش‌های آماری استنباطی شامل ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23، مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: همبستگی معناداری بین ابعاد کمال‌گرایی و علائم سردرد میگرن وجود داشت بدین‌صورت که نگرانی در مورد اشتباهات، استانداردهای فردی، نکوهش والدین، تردید به اعمال، انتظارات والدین و سازمان‌دهی با علائم سردرد میگرن همبستگی معنادار بود (0/05p<). نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که ابعاد کمال‌گرایی می‌توانند 35 درصد واریانس سردردهای میگرنی را در پرستاران تبیین کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته مبنایی برای بررسی‌های بیشتر و انجام مداخلات پیشگیرانه و درمانی برای مبتلایان به میگرن و مخصوصاً در پرستاران است. بدین‌صورت که می‌توان بر مبنای این نتایج پروتکل‌هایی را برای کاهش کمال‌گرایی در نظر گرفت و از این پروتکل‌ها برای کاهش میزان کمال‌گرایی پرستارانی که دچار سردردهای میگرنی هستند استفاده نمود.
