Background & Aim: Today, time is an important element in therapeutic interventions. In addition to the care task, nurses are also responsible for time management, which has an important role in using the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. Accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between Time Management and the Quality of Nursing Care and Satisfaction of patients admitted to teaching hospitals in Khuzestan province, 2020.
Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 880 people (576 patients and 304 nurses) were selected by random sampling method. The research instruments were a questionnaire containing demographic questions, a questionnaire of four dimensions of time management, a standard questionnaire of quality nursing care and a questionnaire of patients' satisfaction with the quality of nursing care. Data were analyzed using SPSS-23 software and descriptive and inferential statistics (frequency distribution, Pearson correlation coefficient).
Results: The mean age of nurses was (33/39 ± 7/21) and patients were (36/14 ± 13/31) years There was a significant relationship between time management and quality of nursing care from the perspective of nurses and time management and quality of nursing care from the perspective of patients and the quality of nursing care and patients' satisfaction with the quality of nursing care (p<0/001). No significant relationship was found between time management and patient satisfaction (p=0/253).  
Conclusion: Considering the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the average level of satisfaction that patients had with the performance of nurses. It is suggested that nurses' performance and Patients satisfaction be evaluated and measured by managers with a closer look
