زمینه و هدف: سلامت و بهبود بیماران در گرو ارائه مراقبت باکیفیت می‌باشد. ازآنجایی‌که هرگز نمی‌توان به سطح مطلق کیفیت دست یافت، بنابراین بررسی مداوم و مستمر آن همواره الزامی است. در این بین داشتن ابزاری مناسب جهت سنجش کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری بیش از پیش استفاده می‌شود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، اعتباریابی مجدد پرسشنامه کیفیت مراقبت در پرستاری(QUALPAC)، نسخه 72 سؤالی موردبررسی قرار گرفت. برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه مذکور تعداد 287 نفر از بیماران به شیوه‌ی متناسب از 5 بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی شهر همدان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نیز به کمک روایی صوری، روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه بررسی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که 55 سؤال نسخه بومی اولیه، روایی محتوایی بالایی داشتند و 17 سوال رد شدند. شاخص روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه مقدار 0.968درصد محاسبه شد. شاخص KMO و کرویت بارتلت نشان می‌دهد که ماتریس هم‌بستگی به‌منظور تحلیل عاملی مناسب است. تحلیل عامل با تحلیل مؤلفه اصلی یک عامل را با میزان تبیین 75/24 درصد واریانس کل استخراج کرده است. همسانی درونی نیز به‌کمک آلفای کرونباخ 0.81 به دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: پرسشنامه 55 سؤالی ارزیابی‌شده در این مطالعه با توجه به فرهنگ کنونی حاکم بر پرستاری کشور، می‌تواند ابزار مناسبی برای سنجش کیفیت مراقبت در پرستاری باشد.
