fa کاربرد مدل پرستاری پپلاو در پرستاری بالینی: یک مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> ارتباط مؤثر بین پرستار و بیمار یکی از ارکان اساسی در پرستاری است. تئوری‌های پرستاری از جمله منابع راهنما در این زمینه می‌باشند. تئوری پپلائو یکی از تئوری‌های پرستاری در زمینه ارتباط پرستار-بیمار می‌باشد مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر کاربرد تئوری پپلائو در پرستاری بالینی انجام شد</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مواد و روش</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> در این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های تئوری بین فردی، تئوری پرستاری پپلائو، ارتباط پرستار- بیمار، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">Web of sciences</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">PubMed</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">Scopus</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">SID</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">Magiran</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">Irandoc</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> در فاصله سال‌های 2007 تا 2017 جستجو شد. در جستجو اولیه، 592 مقاله یافت شد که پس از بررسی معیارهای ورود به مطالعه 9 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> نتایج این مرور سیستماتیک تأثیر مثبت به‌کارگیری تئوری ارتباط بین فردی پپلائو را در کاهش استرس بیماران همودیالیزی، افزایش رضایت بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلبی، کاهش اضطراب بیماران کاندید جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر، جلب اعتماد بیماران مورد خشونت جنسی یا عاطفی، ارتقای سلامتی زنان باردار، کاهش آسیب کودکان دارای والدین در زندان و همکاری بیماران در امر مراقبت نشان داد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">: تئوری پرستاری مطرح شده با پیامدهای مثبتی در محیط بالینی همراه بود لذا ارتقاء سطح آگاهی پرستاران از چنین مدلی و آموزش به‌کارگیری آن در امر مراقبت از بیماران ضروری می‌نماید.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aim:</strong> Effective communication is one of the basic elements in nursing. Nursing theories are among the sources of guidance in this area. Peplau&rsquo;s theory is one of the nursing theories which emphasize the importance of the nurse - patient relationship. The objective of this study was to investigate the application of the Peplau&rsquo;s theory in clinical nursing practice.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> The present study was a systematic review in which the keywords &quot; Peplau, Interpersonal Theory, Peplau Nursing Theory&quot; were searched in English in Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus and in Persian in SID, Magi Ran and Iran Doc between January 2007 and August 2017.
