fa جایگاه پرستاران در صنعت گردشگری پزشکی: یک مقاله مروری روایتی تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> امروزه گردشگری پزشکی به عنوان شاخه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ای از گردشگری با نقش کلیدی خود در بهبود وضعیت اقتصاد کشورها مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش پرستار به عنوان یکی از اعضای اصلی تیم درمان در این صنعت انجام شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مواد و روش</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> در این مقاله مروری، ابتدا 200 مقاله انگلیسی و فارسی با استفاده از جستجو در پایگاه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">های معتبر ,</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">PubMed Scientific Information Database (SID</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">Scopus, Web of Science</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> و کلیدواژه‌های (پرستار و رشته پرستاری، گردشگری پزشکی، نقش پرستار)، در فاصله سال</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">های 2004 تا 2018 بدون محدودیت در نوع مطالعه، شناسایی شدند. با بازخوانی مقالات و بررسی بیشتر، 41 مقاله متناسب با موضوع و هدف مطالعه، برای بررسی و مقایسه و کشف هدف مورد نظر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> مواردی چون طرز برخورد پرستار، هماهنگی پرستار با تیم درمان، مراقبت پرستاری به‌موقع، توضیح اقدامات، احترام به حریم خصوصی بیمار و مهارت انجام کارهای تخصصی به عنوان موارد قابل‌توجه و تأثیرگذار در رشد صنعت گردشگری پزشکی لیست شده‌اند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> نتایج حاکی از آن است که علی‌رغم اهمیت نقش پرستار در تیم درمان، به این مهم پرداخته نشده است. توجه مدیران و پژوهشگران به جایگاه پرستار در صنعت گردشگری، بهبود وضعیت سلامت، درمان&nbsp; و بالطبع آن رشد اقتصادی را در پی خواهد داشت.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aim:</strong> Nowadays, medical tourism as a branch of tourism, with its key role in improving the economies of countries, has attracted the attention of researchers. This article aims to investigate the role of the nurse as a key member of the treatment team in this industry<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> In this review article, first 200 English and Persian articles using searches in valid databases, PubMed Scientific Information Database (SID) and Scopus, Web of Science and Keywords (Nursing and Nursing, Medical Tourism, Nursing Role), Were identified between 2004 and 2018 with no study-type restrictions. By reviewing the articles and reviewing them further, 41 articles appropriate to the subject and purpose of the study were used to evaluate and compare the purpose of the study<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Nurses&#39; attitudes, nurse coordination with the treatment team, nursing care in a timely manner, explanation of procedures, respect for patient privacy and the ability to perform specialized tasks are listed as significant and influential factors in the growth of medical tourism industry<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results indicate that despite the importance of the role of the nurse in the treatment team, this issue has not been investigated.
