fa بررسی رفتارهای تطابقی و همبستگی آن باکیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی در مادران دارای کودک مبتلابه سرطان مراجعه‌کننده به بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان بعثت شهر سنندج در سال 1400 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="AR-SA"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: تشخیص ابتلا به سرطان، خانواده بخصوص مادر را با چالش‌های فراوانی روبه‌رو می‌کند. این مطالعه باهدف بررسی رفتارهای تطابقی و همبستگی آن باکیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی در مادران دارای کودک مبتلابه سرطان مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان بعثت شهر سنندج در سال 1400 صورت گرفته است</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="AR-SA"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی 82 مادر دارای کودک مبتلا به سرطان بستری در بیمارستان بعثت شهر سنندج از طریق نمونه‌گیری سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های دموگرافیک، سیاهه تطابق سلامت برای والدین، کیفیت زندگی مراقبت دهندگان از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان و خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر جمع‌آوری شد. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده توسط نرم‌افزار</span> SPSS <span lang="AR-SA">نسخه 22، آمار توصیفی و استنباطی آنالیز شد</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="AR-SA"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: میانگین کل &quot;سیاهه تطابق سلامت برای والدین&quot; در مادران موردمطالعه حاضر 11/95&plusmn; 71/17، میانگین نمره کل &quot;کیفیت زندگی&quot; مادران 14/31&plusmn; 83/74و میانگین نمره کل &quot;خودکارآمدی عمومی&quot;&nbsp; در مادران 6/02&plusmn; 52/51 به دست آمد.&nbsp; نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که بین الگوی رفتارهای تطابقی کل با خودکارآمدی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد</span> (0/02=p) <span lang="AR-SA">ولی با کیفیت زندگی ارتباط معناداری نداشت</span> (0/8=p)<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="AR-SA"><strong>نتیجه‌ گیری</strong>: نتایج حاصل از این بررسی می‌تواند به مدیران گروه بهداشت و درمان در برنامه‌ریزی منطبق بر نیازهای مراقبتی کمک‌کننده باشد تا خانواده کودک مبتلابه سرطان و خود کودک با بهره‌گیری از مراقبت‌های بهتر به سطح بالاتری از کیفیت زندگی و مراقبت با کیفیت مناسب و هزینه کم‌ و خانواده محور دست یابند</span>.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong>Background & Aim</strong>: Diagnosing cancer poses many challenges for the family, especially the mother. The aim of this study was to evaluation of adaptive behaviors and its correlation with quality of life and self-efficacy in mothers of children who has cancer referred to the oncology ward of Beset Hospital in Sanandaj, 2021.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong>Materials & Methods</strong>: In this descriptive-analytical study, 78 mothers with children with cancer hospitalized in Beset Hospital in Sanandaj were included in the study through census sampling. Data were collected using demographic questionnaires, parent health compliance checklist, caregivers&#39; quality of life of cancer patients, and Scherer&#39;s general self-efficacy. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS version 22, descriptive and inferential statistics.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong>Results</strong>: The mean of the total &quot;health adjustment checklist for parents&quot; in the mothers under study was 17.71, the mean of the total score of &quot;quality of life&quot; of mothers was 34.87 and the mean of the total score of &quot;general self-efficacy&quot; in mothers was 51.52.
