fa مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در آسیب شناسی روانی و درمان اختلال میل جنسی زنان از دیدگاه متخصصین ایرانی: یک مطالعه کیفی تخصصي Special کیفی Qualitative study <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: درک بیشتر از اختلال میل جنسی و درمان مؤثرتر آن با استفاده از بررسی دیدگاه متخصصین در این زمینه سرنخ‌های زیادی را برای پیدا کردن آن‌چه این اختلال را به وجود می‌آورد و آن‌چه برای درمان به آن نیاز است، در اختیار می‌گذارد. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در آسیب‌شناسی روانی و درمان اختلال میل/ برانگیختگی زنان از دیدگاه متخصصین ایرانی انجام شد</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong>: روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع تحقیق داده بنیاد بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 20 نفر از متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه خانواده و درمانگران اختلالات جنسی بودند که به روش مبتنی بر هدف و بر اساس قانون اشباع داده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه حضوری نیمه ساختاریافته بود. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق روش&nbsp; هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی صورت گرفت. کدگذاری داده‌ها، در سه بخش کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام شد</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">&nbsp;<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: برحسب نتایج، دیدگاه‌های متخصصین شامل 2 مقوله محوری سبب‌شناسی با مضامین اصلی (تحلیل رشدی از مشکل، آسیب‌شناسی زناشویی، مشکلات جنسی همسر، مشکلات جنسی زنان، مسائل روان‌شناختی ،سبک زندگی ناکارآمد) و راهبردهای درمانی با مضامین اصلی (راهبردهای فردی، راهبردهای زوجی) به دست آمد</span>. <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: اختلال میل جنسی زنان، اختلالی چندبعدی است که حوزه‌های مختلف زندگی فرد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و پیامدهای منفی قابل‌توجهی بر عملکرد و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی دارد. بنابراین لازم است متخصصان حوزه سلامت جنسی با استفاده از نتایج پژوهش‌های جدید و به‌روز به شناخت هر چه بهتر علل زمینه‌ساز و راهبردهای درمانی مؤثر در درمان این اختلال بپردازند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong>Background & Aim</strong>: A better understanding of the female sexual interest disorder and its more effective treatment by examining the views of experts in this field provides many clues for discovery out what this disorder is and what is required to cure The aim of this study was to explore the factors influencing the psychopayhology and the treatment female sexual interest - arousal disorder from the viewpoint of iranian experts .</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong>Materials & Methods</strong>: The research method was qualitative based on the grounded theory the participants included 20 experts and therapists on sexual disorders who were selected by purpose-based method and according to the law of data saturation. Semi-structured interviews were conducted from sampled individuals. In the analysis of data, a colaizzi seven-step cluster pattern was used. Data coding was performed in three sections of open, axial and selective coding.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong>Results</strong>: According to the results , experts &#39; views include 2 central categories of etiology with main themes ( developmental analysis of the problem , marital pathology , spouse sexual problems , women&#39;s sexual problems , psychological issues , dysfunctional lifestyle ) and treatment strategies with main themes ( individual strategies , Pair strategies ) were obtained</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong>Conclusion</strong>: female sexual interest disorder is a multidimensional disorder that affects different areas of a person&#39;s life and has significant negative consequences on the performance and quality of married life.
