fa دیدگاه دانشجویان بهداشت عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن، سال 1393 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف :</strong> دیدگاه و نظرات افراد در زمان های مختلف و بسته به شرایط تغییرپذیر است. یکی از دوران های زندگی انسان که بیشترین تغییرات در آن انجام می شود، دوران دانشجویی است. عوامل فراوانی می تواند سبب ایجاد تغییر در دیدگاه دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان بهداشت عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن، انجام گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، 110 نفر از دانشجویان بهداشت عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان که در نیمسال اول 94-1393 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، به روش سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای دو بخشی که دارای 18 سئوال اصلی در مورد نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی و سئوالات دموگرافیک بود. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار 21<span dir="LTR"> SPSS </span>و فرمول های آماری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>85 نفر (3/77%) نمونه ها زن و بقیه مرد بودند. میانگین سنی آنها 75/1&plusmn;69/21 سال بود. میانگین نمره دیدگاه دانشجویان در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی به ترتیب 84/5&plusmn;23/26 و &nbsp;45/6&plusmn;57/24 بود که بیانگر دیدگاه منفی آنها نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی است که با متغیرهای مورد بررسی رابطه آماری مشاهده نشد (05/0 &lsaquo; <span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج نشان داد نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی منفی است. توجه مسئولین آموزشی دانشگاه به این مهم ضروری به نظر می رسد تا با برنامه ریزی های بهتر باعث ایجاد دلگرمی بیشتر در دانشجویان شوند.</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: The views and opinions of people at different time, depending on the situation, are changeable. One of the hardest stages of human life which undergoes major changes is studentship period. Many factors can cause changes in students&rsquo; perspective regarding field of study and future career. This study aimed to determine the perspective of public health students at Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences about their field of study and career prospects and its related factors.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: In this cross-sectional study, 110 public health students of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences who were enrolled in the first semester 2014-2015,&nbsp; were entered the study through census method. The data collection tool was a two-part questionnaire with 18 questions about the attitude of students regarding their education and career prospects and some demographic questions. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21 and statistical formulas.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Findings</strong>: 85 (3.77%) of the subjects were female and the rest were male. The average age of them was 21.69 <span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span> 1.75. The average score of the students perspectives about their field of study and career prospects was 26.23<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span> 5.84 and 24.57<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span> 6.45 respectively, which represented a negative view toward their field of study and career prospects which were not seen by the analyzed variables of statistical relationship (0.05 <p).</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results showed that students&#39 attitudes to their field of study and career prospects are negative.
