fa ارتباط اخلاق حرفه‌ای با سلامت معنوی پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف</span></b><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">: </span><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">از مهم‌ترین ابعاد عملکرد پرستاران میزان پایبندی آنها به اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای است که می‌تواند متاثر از سلامت معنوی پرستاران باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط اخلاق حرفه‌ای با سلامت معنوی پرستاران ایرانی انجام گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">مواد و روش‌ها</span></b><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">: در این مطالعه همبستگی 250 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان در سال 1397 به صورت تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد پرستاران براساس آیین اخلاق حرفه‌ای و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون بود. داده‌ها با کمک نرم افزار </span>SPSS-22<span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:"> و آزمون‌های آماری میانگین و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">میانگین نمره سلامت معنوی (10/28&plusmn;69/69) و میانگین نمره اخلاق حرفه‌ای(19/47&plusmn;180/89) به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره سلامت معنوی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود داشت (</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</span><span lang="FA" style=""><font face="Calibri, sans-serif">p<0/001, r= 0/478</font></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">). همچنین بین ابعاد سلامت مذهبی و سلامت وجودی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای به ترتیب r= 0/398</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">&nbsp;و r=0/320</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">&nbsp;ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (p<0/001</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">). </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">نتایج مطالعه حاضر ارتباط معنی‌دار و مستقیمی بین سلامت معنوی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای نشان داد؛ بدین معنی که با افزایش سلامت معنوی اخلاق حرفه‌ای افزایش می‌یابد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود که با آموزش سلامت معنوی به بهبود اخلاق حرفه‌ای کمک کرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Background & Aim:</b> One of the most important aspects of nurses&#39; performance is their adherence to the principles of professional ethics, which can affect the spiritual health of nurses. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between professional ethics and spiritual health of Iranian nurses.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Materials & methods: </b>This correlational study was carried out on 250 nurses working in medical and educational centers affiliated to Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Hamadan, Iran, in 2018 using stratifies random sampling technique. Data collection tools were a demographic form, a performance measurement scale based on nursing professional ethics, and Paloutzian and Ellison&rsquo;s Spiritual Well-being Scale<i>.</i> The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed<span arial="" dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-family:">.</span> Descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, relative frequency, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM) technique were used to analyze the data.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Results:</b><i> </i>The results showed that the mean age of the participants was 23.2&plusmn;7.8 years<span arial="" dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-family:">.</span>The mean scores of spiritual wellbeing and professional ethics were measured as 69.69&plusmn;10.28 and 180.89&plusmn;19.47, respectively. The findings of the present study indicated a significant relationship between the mean scores of spiritual wellbeing and professional ethics (<i>r</i>=0.478; <i>P</i><0.001). Moreover, professional ethics showed a significant correlation with the dimensions of spiritual wellbeing (<i>r</i>=0.398) and existential health (<i>r</i>=0.302; <i>P</i><0.001).</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Conclusions: </b>According to the results of this study, there was a statistically direct relationship between spiritual well-being and professional ethics.
