fa بررسی نیازهای مراقبتی حمایتی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b> <span arial="" lang="AR-SA">مراقبت از فرد مبتلا به سرطان، به ویژه یکی از بستگان درجه یک، می‌تواند بارهای فیزیکی و عاطفی قابل‌توجهی را برای مراقب به ویژه مراقب‌دهنده اصلی به همراه داشته باشد به گونه‌ای که از نیازهای برآورده نشده خودآگاه نیستند. </span><span arial="" lang="FA">لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نیازهای مراقبتی حمایتی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش‌ها</span><span arial="" lang="FA">:</span></b><span arial="" lang="FA"> این پژوهش مطالعه</span><span arial="" dir="LTR" lang="FA">&lrm;</span><span arial="" lang="FA">ای توصیفی است که در سال 1402 به صورت چند مرکزی در استان‌های خوزستان و تهران بر روی 476 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد. ابزارجمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این مطالعه شامل 2 بخش متغیرهای دموگرافیک و نیاز‌های مراقبتی حمایتی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بود. </span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">از نرم‌افزار </span>SPSS-v24<span arial="" lang="AR-SA"> و آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی (میانه، میانگین، جداول فراوانی و نمودار ها) و شاخص‌های پراکندگی (واریانس و انحراف معیار) برای گزارش فراوانی و درصد متغیرهای استفاده شد. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span arial="" lang="AR-SA">میانگین نمره نیازهای حمایتی مراقبتی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان برابر با </span><span arial="" lang="FA">47</span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">/32 &plusmn; 71/170 با بازه </span><span arial="" lang="FA">220</span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">-44 بوده است. مهم‌ترین نیازهای تأمین نشده شامل&quot; دسترسی به اطلاعات در رابطه با پیش آگهی یا پیامد احتمالی فرد مبتلا به سرطان&quot; با&nbsp; (9/92 درصد) 442، &quot; دسترسی به اطلاعات در رابطه با خدمات حمایتی برای مراقبین/همسران افراد مبتلا به سرطان&quot; با&nbsp; (6/92 درصد) 441 و &quot; پرداختن به ترس‌هایتان در رابطه با&nbsp; تحلیل جسمی یا روانی فرد مبتلا به سرطان&quot; با (4/91 درصد) 435 بودند. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b></span></span></span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد مراقبین دارای نیازهای تأمین نشده حمایتی و تسکینی زیادی هستند و میانگین نمره این نیازها در سطح بالا قرار دارد و پر اولویت‌ترین نیازهای مراقبین مربوط به ابعاد نیازهای اطلاعاتی و نیازهای خدمات مراقبت سلامتی بود.</span></span></span> </span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Background & Aim: Caring for a person with cancer, especially a loved one (first degree relatives), can bring significant physical and emotional burdens to the caregiver, especially the main caregiver, in such a way that they are not aware of their unmet needs. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the supportive care needs of family caregivers of patients with cancer.<br> Materials & Methods: This research is a descriptive study that was conducted in 2023 as a multicenter in Khuzestan and Tehran provinces on 476 family caregivers of cancer patients. The data collection tool in this study included 2 sections of demographic variables and supportive care needs of family caregivers of cancer patients. SPSS-v24 software and descriptive statistics tests (median, mean, frequency tables and graphs) and dispersion indices (variance and standard deviation) were used to report the frequency and percentage of variables.<br> Results:The average score of supportive care needs of family caregivers of cancer patients was equal to 170.71 &plusmn; 32.47 with a range of 44-220.
