fa بررسی سطح سرمی روی در مبتلایان به زگیل‌های غیرتناسلی مراجعه‌کننده به مطب‌های خصوصی سطح شهر گرگان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">زمینه و هدف: </span></b><span arial="" lang="FA">زگیل</span> <span arial="" lang="AR-SA">از مشکلات شایع پوستی است. نقش ریزمغذی روی&nbsp; به عنوان رویکرد درمانی در مطالعات مختلف با نتایج متفاوتی همراه بوده است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین&nbsp; سطح سرمی روی در مبتلایان به زگیل‌های غیر تناسلی&nbsp; در شهر گرگان در سال 1394 انجام گرفت.</span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span arial="" lang="FA">&nbsp;<b>مواد و روش‌ها:</b> در این مطالعه مقطعی تعداد100</span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA"> بیماران مبتلا به زگیل غیرتناسلی مراجعه‌کننده به مطب‌های خصوصی شهر گرگان بررسی شدند.</span> <span arial="" lang="FA">نمونه‌ها به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. بیمارانی که قبل از مراجعه مکمل روی مصرف کرده بودندو یا تمایل به همکاری نداشتند از مطالعه خارج شدند. &nbsp;سپس رضایت‌نامه کتبی اخذ شد. بعد از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دموگرافیکی، در آزمایشگاه -3 سی‌سی نمونه خون وریدی گرفته شد. سطح سرمی روی سطح سرمی روی&nbsp; با استفاده از دستگاه اتمی(شعله)اندازه‌گیری شد. داده با استفاده نرم‌افزار&nbsp; &nbsp;</span>SPSS-16<span arial=""> آزمون‌های &nbsp;تعیین&nbsp; فراوانی، میانگین و آنالیز واریانس بررسی شدند. سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span arial="" lang="FA">میانگین سن بیماران 11/28 &plusmn; 20/71&nbsp; سال بود. زگیل نوع </span>Common<span arial=""> شایع‌ترین نوع بود. میانگین سطح سرمی روی(</span>Zinc<span arial="" lang="FA">) با </span>Mcg/dl&nbsp;<span arial="" lang="FA">83/19&nbsp; &plusmn;61/29 بود. حداقل سطح سرمی روی </span>Mcg/dl<span arial="" lang="FA"> 19/30 و بیش‌ترین مقدار</span>Mcg/dl<span arial="" lang="FA"> 133/80 بود. جنسیت، وضعیت اقتصادی، قومیت، محل سکونت، سابقه خانوادگی مثبت(160</span>=p<span arial="" lang="FA">)، ناحیه درگیر(155</span>=p<span arial="" lang="FA">) با سطح سرمی روی ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری نداشتند. مدت بیماری با سطح سرمی روی ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری داشت(0/028</span>=p<span arial="" lang="FA">). زگیل نوع&nbsp; </span>Periungual<span arial="" lang="FA"> بالاترین و نوع </span>Plane<span arial="" lang="FA"> کمترین میزان سطح سرمی روی را داشتند. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span arial="" lang="FA"> ارزیابی سطح سرمی روی در بیماران با شکایت زگیل غیر تناسلی می‌تواند در روند بهبود نقش موثری داشته باشد. تجویز پروفیلاکتیک مکمل روی در بیماران&nbsp; می‌تواند بهبود ضایعات در بیماران را تسریع کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Background & Aim: Warts are common skin problems. The role of zinc micronutrient as a therapeutic approach has been associated with different results in different studies. Therefore was conducted with the aim of determining the serum level of zinc in patients with non-genital warts in Gorgan city in 2014.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 100 patients with genital warts referred to private clinics in Gorgan city were examined. The samples were selected according to available methods. Patients who had taken zinc supplements or did not want to cooperate were excluded from the study.&nbsp; Then written consent was obtained. After collecting demographic information, 3 cc of venous blood sample was taken in 2-5 laboratory. The serum level of zinc was measured using an atomic device (flame) by spectrophotometric method. The data were analyzed using SPSS-16 software to determine frequency, mean and analysis of variance. The significance level is less than 0.05 was considered</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Result: The average age of the patients was 20.71 &plusmn; 11.285 years. Common wart was the most common type. The mean serum zinc level was 83.61 &plusmn; 19.29 Mcg/dl. The minimum serum zinc level was 19.30 Mcg/dl and the highest level was 133.80 Mcg/dl. Gender, economic status, ethnicity, place of residence, positive family history (P=0.160), involved area (P=0.155) had no statistically significant relationship with serum level. The duration of the disease had a statistically significant relationship with the serum level (P=0.028). Periungual type warts had the highest and Plane type warts had the lowest zinc serum levels.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Conclusion: Evaluation of serum zinc level in patients with non-genital wart complaints can play an effective role in the healing process.
