fa بررسی دانش واکسیناتورهای شرکت کننده در برنامه کشوری واکسیناسیون کووید-19، و ارزیابی عملکرد آنها از دیدگاه دریافت کنندگان واکسن: یک مطالعه مقطعی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">زمینه و هدف: </span></b><span arial="" lang="FA">ایمن سازی از طریق واکسیناسیون، هسته اصلی کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری های واگیردار است. آگاهی و عملکرد واکسیناتورهای کووید-۱۹ نسبت به جنبه های مختلف واکسیناسیون کووید-۱۹ جهت آموزش و اطلاع درست به مراجعه کنندگان، و همچنین عملکرد ایشان در زمینه تزریق و ثبت واکسن، اهمیت بسزایی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان دانش واکسیناتورهای شرکت کننده در برنامه کشوری واکسیناسیون کووید-19، و دیدگاه دریافت کنندگان واکسن نسبت به عملکرد آنان، در شهر کرج انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">مواد و روش ها: </span></b><span arial="" lang="FA">در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، 112 نفر از واکسیناتورهای پایگاه های واکسیناسیون کووید-19 به روش سرشماری، و 465 نفر از مراجعین به پایگاه ها با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش میزان دانش، و عملکرد واکسیناتورهای کووید-19 بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده توسط نرم‌افزار </span>SPSS<span arial="" lang="FA"> نسخه 22 و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<b> </b></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span arial="" lang="FA">یافته ها نشان داد که سطح دانش 87/5 درصد از واکسیناتورها با میانگین نمره (7/28 &plusmn; 80/04)، در سطح خوب و مطلوب قرار داشت. از دیدگاه دریافت کنندگان واکسن، عملکرد 95/5 درصد از واکسیناتورها با میانگین نمره (8/72 &plusmn; 91/13) نیز در سطح خوب و مطلوب قرار داشت.&nbsp; از بین متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی، تنها داشتن سابقه انجام واکسیناسیون با دانش واکسیناتورها ارتباط معنی دار داشت (0/001></span>p<span arial="" lang="FA">). </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">نتیجه گیری: </span></b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان دانش و عملکرد واکسیناتورها در مورد فرآیند واکسیناسیون کووید-19 مطلوب بود. حفظ و ارتقاء کیفیت ارائه خدمات نیازمند آموزش مداوم و برگزاری تمرین هایی برای داشتن آمادگی در ارائه خدمت به ویژه در زمان فوریت ها و بلایا است که همواره باید مد نظر مدیران و برنامه ریزان قرار داشته باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Background & Aim: Vaccination serves as a critical pillar for controlling and preventing infectious diseases. The awareness and practice of COVID-19 vaccinators concerning various aspects of COVID-19 vaccination are crucial for providing accurate education and information to recipients, as well as ensuring proper administration and recording of vaccinations. This study was conducted in Karaj to assess the knowledge level of vaccinators participating in the COVID-19 vaccination program and to evaluate client perspectives regarding the vaccinators&#39; performance at vaccination centers.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-cross-sectional study, 112 vaccination staff from COVID-19 vaccination centers were included through a census method, and 465 clients visiting the centers to receive vaccine were included using convenience sampling. Data were collected using two researcher-developed questionnaires designed to assess the knowledge and practice of vaccinators. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software version 22, applying both descriptive and inferential statistics with a significance threshold set at 0.05.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Results: The findings showed that the knowledge level of 87.5% of vaccinators, with an average score of (80/04&plusmn;7/28), was at a good and desirable level. From the perspective of vaccine recipients, the performance of 95.9% of vaccinators, with an average score of (91/13&plusmn;8/72), was also at a good and desirable level. Among the demographic variables, only having a history of vaccination was significantly associated with the knowledge of vaccinators (p<0.001). Conclusion: The findings indicate that both the knowledge and performance of vaccinators concerning the COVID-19 vaccination process are commendable. To sustain and further enhance service quality, continuous training and simulation exercises are essential to ensure preparedness, particularly in emergency situations.
