Introduction and Aims: considering the health of paramount importance and it should be taken into account period. The prevalence of mental disorders in students has been reported from 12.75 to 30.4 percent. Using emotions to enhance cognitive function, appreciation and regulating excitement can help mental and physical health in different ways. This study aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and health aspects in the university students of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.
and Methods: This descriptive correlational study was conducted on 170 bachelor nursing students. Stratified random sampling method was used. Data were collected using emotional intelligence test and 28 question general health questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics (independent t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression equations of step by step procedure) in SPSS v.20.
Results: 75.3 percent of subjects were at good levels of emotional intelligence. The maximum score of emotional intelligence was in interpersonal component and the least average of emotional intelligence was in the compatibility component. Moreover, 70.6 percent were mentally healthy and 28.8 percent of having mental disorders. Emotional intelligence had a significant inverse relationship with any of the mental health domains, which means that people with higher emotional intelligence had enjoyed less anxiety disorder, social functioning, depression and physical symptoms that are associated with it.
Conclusion: considering the results of this study, the development and promotion of nursing students' emotional intelligence can improve their mental health.

Introduction and Aims: Drug addiction is considered as a disease and one of the four major crisis in the world (environmental crisis, poverty, nuclear threat and drugs) and this issue complex in Iran due to the presence of young population. This study was conducted to predict to based on personality factors (NEO).
Materials and Methods: The study was descriptive - correlational and the sample consisted of 220 undergraduate and graduate psychology students at Islamic Azad University in Sanandaj, in the academic year 2014-2015 who were selected using the convenience sampling method. Research tool was a five-factor model of personality NEO-FFI, and addiction potential scale of Ahvaz (LAP). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS-16 and LISERL software was utilized for path analysis.
: Regression analysis results showed that among the exogenous variables, extroversion and conscientiousness with of -0.15 and 0.37 had a direct significant effect on to addiction.
Conclusion: The results suggested that extroversion was a good predictor for students’ tendency to drug abuse. Therefore, education can help in the field of prevention of drug dependence.

Abstract
Aims: Clinical learning environment has a very profound role in the education of health care students and specifically nursing students. Since students’ opinions and attitudes of paramount importance in the evaluation of this study aimed to investigate the Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences nursing students' viewpoints regarding and factors affecting it.
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study 165 nursing students of Kurdistan University of Sciences were selected using census sampling method and their ideas regarding were studied using a questionnaire with 42 questions. Mean, standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation coefficient were used for data analysis. The significance level at 05. 0≥p was approved.
Results: 159 patients (96.36%) of the surveyed students completed and returned the questionnaires completely. The mean and standard deviation of total score was 130.01± 13.25, which is above average. The highest mean score obtained was related to satisfaction (3.15 ± 0.48) and interpersonal relationship (3.19± 0.56) and the lowest was related to participation (3.03 ± 0.33) and individualization (3.02 ± 0.49). There was a significant relationship between the semester and the area of interpersonal relations, (0.001> p, r = -0.28).
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that participation and individualization of weak and in order to compensate for this shortcoming, engaging students in education necessary

Introduction and Aims: one of the most common complications after surgery is hypoxia and it can create a lot of problems and complications for patients. This study aimed to determine the effect of oxygen therapy with over and nasal canola on the hemoglobin oxygen saturation after the surgery in the recovery room.
Materials and Methods: This study was performed on 84 patients in the recovery room of in Sanandaj city and the patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with nasal cannula and oxygen mask and received 5 liters of oxygen. Then, before and after the intervention the hemoglobin saturated oxygen was measured and then were compared together. SPSS 23 was used for data analysis. In order to compare the mean of hemoglobin saturated oxygen before and after intervention in both methods of simple face mask and nasal canola paired t-test was used and for the comparison of means before and after the intervention independent t-test was used.
: The results showed that there was a significant difference in hemoglobin oxygen saturation before and after the treatment with nasal cannula and oxygen simple face mask (0.0001
Conclusion: The results of the findings showed that oxygen therapy had no influence on hemoglobin oxygen saturation in the two groups of simple face mask and nasal canola and the longer the time of receiving oxygen, the more the percentage of hemoglobin oxygen saturation.

Introduction and Aims: Diagnostic Radiology has the largest share in the artificial ionizing radiation sources in the society. One of the most important factors in reducing radiation dose is quality control and ensuring the quality and performance of radiology devicesQuality control is conducted to produce high-quality radiographic images with minimum radiation dose.
Materials and Methods: Ten normal X-ray machines in 5 hospitals affiliated to Kurdistan university of Medical Sciences were studied. Then, 10 standard of quality control were conducted based on the protocol recommended by the 74 report (quality control standards) American Association of Medical Physics (AAMP) and Report No. 103 of the International Commission on Radiation Protection (ICRP). Finally, data were statistically evaluated and the percentage of error of each parameter was compared with existing standards.
: In some devices the overall filtration parameters’ error and voltage accuracy was higher than acceptable range and needed to be reformed. Also, in some devices the percentage of of radiation field compliance and light field was more than acceptable range based on the existing standards. Some devices in the province had boundary and threshold error.
Conclusion: According to the recommendations of the Commission on Radiation Protection and Medical Physics Society of America, most of the parameters of the devices in question were in agreement with existing standards and were in acceptable range
