پیش‌بینی اقدام به جراحی زیبایی پوست بر اساس سرمایه‌های روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده در زنان

زمینه و هدف: در جامعه امروزی سلامت روانی زنان دارای اهمیت به سزایی است از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی اقدام به جراحی زیبایی پوست بر اساس سرمایه روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در زنان انجام شد که از نظر زمینه ایی کاربردی است.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های جراحی زیبایی پوست جهت اقدام به جراحی زیبایی در سال 1397 بود که از این جامعه نمونه ای به حجم ۳۰۰ نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های سرمایه روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 استفاده شد. در بخش آمار توصیفی شاخصهایی نظیر فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد نمرات و در بخش استنباطی از تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این بود که کلیه مؤلفه های حمایت ادارک شده (خانواده، دوستان و افراد مهم) و همچنین کلیه مولفه های سرمایه روانشناختی (خودکارآمدی، تاب آوری، امیدواری و خوش بینی) به صورت مثبت اقدام به جراحی زیبایی را پیش بینی می کنند (0/05p<).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، می توان نتیجه گرفت با توجه به آمار روزافزون متقاضیان جراحی های زیبایی، ارزیابی روانشناختی این افراد قبل از اقدام جراحی زیبایی می تواند گامی موثر در ارزیابی و ارائه خدمات پزشکی و نیز مداخلات روانشناختی مناسب باشد.
