زمینه و هدف: تعهد سازمانی یکی از عوامل مهم مواجه کارکنان در شرایط بحرانی است. هدف از این پژوهش، پیش‌بینی تعهد سازمانی پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی مهاباد بر اساس مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای و استرس شغلی در پاندمی کرونا است.
مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری، تمام پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر مهاباد در سال 1399 بودند. 140 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه استاندارد تعهد سازمانی، پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه­ای و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 انجام پذیرفت.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه،  ضریب همبستگی بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای با تعهد سازمانی مثبت  و معنی‌دار بود (0/001=P). ضریب همبستگی بین استرس شغلی با تعهد سازمانی منفی و معنی‌دار  بود (0/001=P). مقدار ضریب رگرسیونی استاندارد شده (Beta) برای اخلاق حرفه‌ای (0/01p<، 0/639=β) و استرس شغلی (0/01p<،  0/338-=β) به دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعه، بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای با تعهد سازمانی ارتباط مستقیم و بین استرس شغلی با تعهد سازمانی پرستاران ارتباط معکوسی وجود داشت که بیانگر آن است که اخلاق حرفه‌ای به‌ شکل مثبت و استرس شغلی به شکل منفی و معنی‌داری، تعهد سازمانی پرستاران را  پیش‌بینی می‌کند.  لذا توصیه می­گردد جهت افزایش تعهد سازمانی پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی مهاباد در پاندمی کرونا تمهیداتی برای رعایت اصول اخلاقی و کاهش استرس شغلی آنان اندیشیده شود.
