زمینه و هدف: حضور در بخش کرونا و عدم شناخت کامل از بیماری کرونا بر جو سازمانی، رضایت شغلی و استرس شغلی پرستاران این بخش تاثیر زیادی گذاشته است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین جو سازمانی، استرس شغلی و رضایت شغلی پرستاران بخش کرونا بیمارستان امام خمینی اسفراین انجام شده است.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه ی توصیفی_تحلیلی بوده که در سه ماهه اول سال 1399 بر روی 31 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش کرونا بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) شهرستان اسفراین انجام گردید. روش نمونه گیری سرشماری بود. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه جو سازمانی هالپین و کرافت، رضایت شغلی استفن رابینز و استرس شغلی HSE استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون در نرم افزار 26 SPSS استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: بین رضایت شغلی با جو سازمانی و استرس شغلی رابطه معکوس و معنادار مشاهده شد (05/0p≤) ولی بین جو سازمانی و استرس شغلی ارتباط معناداری یافت نشد(407/0=(P. رضایت شغلی میان پرستاران بخش کرونا پایین، استرس شغلی بالا و جو سازمانی متوسط ارزیابی شد. ابعاد علاقمندی، همکار و تغییرات به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در جو سازمانی، رضایت شغلی و استرس شغلی داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به جو ایجاد شده ناشی از بیماری کرونا لازم است مسئولان با ارائه تصمیمات مناسب، شرایط لازم جهت کاهش استرس شغلی و افزایش رضایت شغلی را فراهم کنند.
