Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between organizational climate, job stress and job satisfaction of nurses working in the Covid-19 ward of Imam Khomeini Esfarayen Hospital. Material & Methods: This research is a descriptive-analytical study that was performed in the first quarter of 1399 on 31 nurses working in the Covid-19 ward of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Esfarayen. The sampling method was census. For data collection, three questionnaires of organizational atmosphere, Halpin and Kraft, Stephen Robbins job satisfaction and HSE job stress were used. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test in SPSS 26 software were used to analyze the data. Results: Job satisfaction was assessed among nurses in low Covid-19 ward, high job stress and moderate organizational climate. Dimensions of interest, co-worker and change had the greatest impact on organizational climate, job satisfaction and job stress, respectively. There was a significant inverse relationship between job satisfaction with organizational climate and job stress (p≤0.05) but no significant relationship was found between organizational climate and job stress (P = 0.407). Conclusion: The organizational atmosphere created by the care of Covid-19 patients reduces job satisfaction and increases nurses' job stress. Therefore, it is necessary for managers to take the necessary support, encouragement and training measures.
