Since one can never reach the total level of quality, therefore continuous and continuous evaluation is always necessary, and having a suitable tool for measuring the quality of nursing care is too . Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the re-validation of the Nursing Quality of Care Questionnaire (QUALPAC), version 72, was evaluated. For assess the validity of the questionnaire, 287 patients were selected through proportional sampling from 5 teaching hospitals of Hamadan. Psychometric features were also examined with the help of face validity, content validity and construct validity. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 23 software. Results: The results showed that 55 questions of the original native version had high content validity and 17 questions were rejected. The content validity index of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.968%. KMO index and Bartlett's Sphericity show that the correlation matrix is suitable for factor analysis. Factor analysis with principal component analysis has extracted a factor with an explanatory rate of 75.24% of the total variance. Internal consistency was also obtained with the help of Cronbach's alpha of 0.81.
