fa بررسی موانع برقراری ارتباط مؤثر پرستاران با بیماران از دیدگاه پرستاران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> برقراری ارتباط مؤثر پرستار با بیمار از جمله موضوعات مهم در بحث مراقبتهای پرستاری است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، شناخت موانع در جهت برقراری ارتباطی موثر از جانب پرستاران با بیماران امری مهم تلقی می</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">شود. در این پژوهش سعی شده که به بررسی و شناسایی هریک از این عوامل مختل کننده ارتباط بین پرستاران و بیماران پرداخته شود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> این پژوهش مقطعی در زمستان سال 1396 در شهرستان سراب انجام گردید. 100 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">های مختلف بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی امام خمینی (ره) شهرستان سراب به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. به منظور جمع</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">آوری اطلاعات لازم، از پرسش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نامه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">محقق ساخته استفاده گردید. از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> نسخه 24 برای تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> پرستاران، کمبود پرسنل (4/42)، سختی کار (4/37)، قدردانی نکردن مسئولان از پرستاران (3/88)، مشغله فکری و روحی (3/84) و انتظارات بالای بیماران از پرستاران (3/68) را به عنوان مهم‌ترین موانع برقراری ارتباط مؤثر پرستار با بیمار اعلام کردند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> حل موانع ارتباطی بین پرستاران و بیماران از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است و لازم است به پرستاران در این خصوص آموزش‌های لازم ارائه گردد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aims:</strong> The nurse or patient effective communication is one of the most important factors in the care. So understanding the obstacles, important and essential, as the nurses&nbsp; better be able to have effective communication. Review and understanding of the barriers to effective communication between nurses and patients from the nurses &#39; perspective the aim of this research.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This cross - sectional survey was carried out in Sarab in the winter of 1396. 100 of the nurses working in various parts of the <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-2" id="gwmw-15618790003635785533120">imam</gwmw> <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15618790003635372469211">khomeini</gwmw> hospital were selected and studied by accident<gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618790003630782451674">.</gwmw>In this between 100 nurses working in different parts of the hospital of Sarab,&nbsp; were randomly selected and studied. In order to collect the necessary information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used.
