fa بررسی میزان رعایت احتیاطات استاندارد توسط پرستاران بخش های ویژه بیمارستان های سبزوار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه</strong>: رعایت احتیاطات استاندارد، مقیاس پایه کنترل عفونت های بیمارستانی است. پرستاران اصلی ترین نقش را در رعایت آن دارند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان رعایت احتیاطات استاندارد توسط پرستاران آی سی یو انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: این مطالعه توصیفی در بخش های آی سی یو بیمارستان های شهر سبزوار سال 1391انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش 50 پرستار زن و مرد بودند که به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه دموگرافیک و چک لیست عملکرد بود. داده&shy;ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss</span> نسخه 11.5در سطح معنی داری 05/0، آمار توصیفی و جداول توزیع فراوانی مطلق، نسبی و آزمون تی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> واحدهای پژوهش در رعایت معیار شستشوی دست ها میانگین 68/2 امتیاز از مجموع(12-0)، نحوه شستن دست ها با آب و صابون 50/3 از &nbsp;(4-0)، شستشو با الکل 80/2 از (3-0)، پانسمان 00/7 از&nbsp; (10-0)، تزریق 58/7 از &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(14-0)، ساکشن تراشه و دهان 82/5 از (12-0)، استفاده از ماسک 90/3 از (6-0) و گان 10/2 از (5-0) کسب نمودند. عملکرد در شستشوی دست ها ضعیف، در تزریق، ساکشن، استفاده از ماسک و گان متوسط ولی در نحوه شستن دست با آب و صابون، الکل و انجام پانسمان خوب بوده است. 66 % واحدها در مورد رعایت احتیاطات استاندارد، عملکرد متوسطی داشتند.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه&shy;گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: برگزاری دوره&shy;های منظم آموزش کنترل عفونت، فراهم کردن تجهیزات کافی و نظارت مداوم، جهت افزایش میزان رعایت احتیاطات استاندارد توصیه می گردد. نتایج این پژوهش جهت برنامه&shy;ریزی سوپروایزرهای کنترل عفونت بیمارستان&shy;ها کاربرد دارد</span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aim:</strong> Compliance with standard precautions is the basic scale for control of hospital infections. Nurses play a major role in this compliance. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the level of compliance with standard precautions by ICU nurses in hospitals of Sabzevar, Iran.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This descriptive study was conducted on ICUs <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618784666990498631425">of</gwmw> hospitals of Sabzevar in 2012. Research population included 50 male and female nurses selected via census sampling. Data were collected using demographic characteristics questionnaire and an eight-section checklist of performance. In addition, data analysis was performed in SPSS version 11.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, the participants obtained the following scores in compliance with standard precautions of: washing hands (2.68&plusmn;1.23 from the total of 0-12), method of washing hands with water and soap (3.50&plusmn;1.56 from the total of 0-4), washing with alcohol (2.80&plusmn;1.12 from the total of 0-3), wound dressing (7.00&plusmn;2.78 from the total of 0-10), drug injection (7.58&plusmn;2.95 from the total of 0-14), oral and tracheal suction procedures (5.82&plusmn;2.15 from a total of 0-12), use of mask (3.90&plusmn;1.86 from a total of 0-6) and hospital gown (2.10&plusmn;1.14 from a total of 0-5). The nurses had a poor performance regarding washing hands, whereas they had a moderate performance in terms of drug injection, suction procedures, use of mask and hospital gown. Nonetheless, they had good performance regarding washing hands with water and soap and alcohol and wound dressing.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Considering the results of the study, it is recommended that regular courses of infection control education be held and equipment (sink, hand wash detergents, and napkins) be provided for handwashing with sustainable monitoring.&nbsp;</div> احتیاطات استاندارد, پرستار, بخش ویژه.
