fa بررسی ارتباط حس انسجام و دلسوزی نسبت به زندگی دیگران با نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران: میانجی‌گری هوش شخصی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> یکی از مسئولیت‌های مهم پرستاران، آموزش به بیماران هست. لذا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل پیش‌بینی نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران بر اساس حس انسجام، دلسوزی نسبت به زندگی دیگران و هوش شخصی انجام گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">&lrm;</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه آماری، 228 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های استان آذربایجان شرقی در سال 1396 بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های حس انسجام </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">Antonovsky</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، دلسوزی نسبت به زندگی دیگران </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">Chang</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، هوش شخصی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">Mayer</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> و مقیاس محقق ساخته نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، بوت استراپ و سوبل، از طریق نرم‌افزارهای آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">SPSS-22</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">Amos</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> اثر مستقیم حس انسجام (0/32)، دلسوزی نسبت به زندگی دیگران (0/20) و هوش شخصی (0/11) بر نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران معنادار است. اثر غیر مستقیم حس انسجام (2/09=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">t-value</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> ) و&nbsp; دلسوزی نسبت به زندگی دیگران (2/19=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">t-value</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">) بر نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران معنی‌دار هست. در مجموع 27 درصد از واریانس نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران از طریق متغیرهای مدل تبیین شد.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> با توجه به اثر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم متغیرهای برون‌زا و میانجی بر میزان نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران، به نظر می‌رسد با تقویت هوش شخصی، حس انسجام و دلسوزی نسبت به زندگی دیگران می‌توان گرایش پرستاران را نسبت به آموزش بیماران افزایش داد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Aim:</strong> One of the important responsibilities of nurses is patient education. Therefore, this study aimed to present the prediction model of nurses&rsquo; attitude toward patient education based on the sense of coherence, compassion towards the lives of others and personal intelligence.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15618783160490457644299">correlational</gwmw> research was conducted <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783160495401775451">on</gwmw> 228 nurses <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783160499128506669">of</gwmw> hospitals of East Azerbaijan Province in 2017 selected via multistage cluster sampling. Data were collected applying <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783189097406337015">Antonovsky&rsquo;s sense</gwmw> of coherence scale, Chang&rsquo;s compassion of others&#39; <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783189090572446620">lives</gwmw> scale (COOL), Meyer&#39;s personal intelligence survey and a researcher-made questionnaire concerning the attitude of nurses toward patient education. Data analysis was carried out in SPSS version 22 and AMOS <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783197740483220812">using</gwmw> Pearson&rsquo;s correlation coefficient, Bootstrap and Sobel test.<br> <strong><gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783213176042241762">Results</gwmw>:</strong> In this study, the sense of cohesion (0.32), compassion towards the lives of others (0.20) and personal intelligence (0.11) had a <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783213175338090837">significantly</gwmw> direct impact on patient education. In addition, the sense of cohesion (t-value=2.09) and compassion towards the lives of others (t-value=2.19) had a <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618783230186152037707">significantly</gwmw> indirect effect on the attitude of nurses toward patient education. In the end, 27% of the variance of the attitude of nurses toward patient education was explained by the variables of the model.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Considering the direct and indirect effect of intermediating and endogenous variables on the attitude of nurses toward patient education, it seems that this attitude could be improved by strengthening personal intelligence, sense of coherence, and compassion towards the lives of others.</div> حس انسجام, دلسوزی, هوش شخصی, نگرش, پرستار,آموزش.
