آموزان دوره متوسطه استان گیلان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود که تعداد 384 نفر از آنان به روش خوشه &shy;ای چند مرحله&shy; ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در مطالعه مشارکت کردند. برای جمع&shy; آوری داده&shy; های مورد نیاز از مقیاس خطرپذیری</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&nbsp;استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده &shy;ها در سطح توصیفی از روش&shy;های آماری فراوانی، نمودار و در سطح استنباطی از آزمون&shy;های ناپارامتریک کروسکال والیس و یومن- وایت&shy;نی استفاده شد. تمامی عملیات آماری به وسیله نرم&shy; افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">Spss16</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> تجزیه و تحلیل شد. سطح معناداری برای تمامی آزمون&shy;ها 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته&nbsp;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> نتایج نشان داد رفتارهای پرخطر مصرف سیگار (34/96%)، مصرف مواد مخدر (17/31%) و الکل (62/30%) به ترتیب بیش‌ترین شیوع را در بین دانش&shy; آموزان نوجوان داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد شیوع رفتارهای پرخطر در بین دانش &shy;آموزان نوجوان&nbsp;بر اساس سن و جنسیت تفاوت معناداری نداشت (</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">0/05</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"><</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مصرف سیگار، الکل و مواد مخدر در بین دانش &shy;آموزان نوجوان </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">شیوع نسبتاً بالایی دارد که </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">موجب بروز نگرانی &shy;هایی در زمینه سلامت اجتماعی می‌شود &nbsp;و برای رفع این مشکل باید از تمامی ظرفیت&shy;های موجود در جامعه استفاده کرد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <strong>Background & Aim:</strong> High-risk behaviors in any society are considered to be one of the major threats to the health system. Adolescents are more at risk than other age groups. They are more prone to this type of behavior. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of smoking, alcohol and drug use among adolescent students in Guilan province.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This research was conducted by contextualization method. The statistical population of the present study included 182637 high school students of Guilan province in the academic year 2020-2021, of which 384 were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster sampling method. Zadeh Mohammadi and Ahmadabadi (2008) risk scale was used to collect the required data. To analyze the data at the descriptive level, frequency statistical methods, graphs and at the inferential level, non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis and Euman-Whitney tests were used. All statistical operations were analyzed by SPSS₁₆ software. Significance level was considered 0.05 for all tests.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed high risk behaviors; Smoking, drug use and alcohol were the most common among adolescent students, respectively.
