fa طراحی و روانسنجی پرسشنامه مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف</span></b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">:</span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> ارتقای مراقبت اخلاقی پرستاران کودکان برای افزایش کیفیت آموزشی و تربیت پرستارانی کارآمد از اهداف ایده&shy;ال تمام دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مؤسسات درمانی&nbsp; است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی و روانسنجی پرسشنامه مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">موارد و روش‌ها</span></b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">:</span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پس از مطالعه میدانی، بررسی روایی صوری پرسشنامه اولیه شامل 57 گویه <a name="_Hlk128065815">از دو روش کمی و کیفی استفاده گردید. جهت تعیین کمی روایی صوری پرسشنامه به10 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای کودکان </a>و برای روایی کیفی صوری به نظرات 5 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی پرستاری داده شد و نظرات آن‌ها اعمال گردید</span>.<span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> جهت تعیین روایی محتوا، پرسشنامه در اختیار 18 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی پرستاری قرار گرفت و سپس جهت تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه، نسخه روا شده دو بار به مدت دو هفته به </span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">30 </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش کودکان داده شد و سپس نمرات کسب شده در این دو مرحله با استفاده از آزمون شاخص همبستگی درون خوشه‌ای باهم مقایسه شد. همچنین جهت سنجش ثبات درونی سوالات پرسشنامه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ&nbsp; نیز محاسبه شد. <a name="_Hlk128067966">جهت انجام تحلیل عاملی پرسشنامه در اختیار </a></span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">120 </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نفر از پرستاران بخشهای کودکان قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> 20 سوال حذف گردید و </span>CVI<span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span>&nbsp;CVR<span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">کل پرسشنامه 37 سوالی به ترتیب 0/88 و 0/91 محاسبه گردیدند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه معادل 89/0 و شاخص همبستگی درون خوشه‌ای </span>( ICC )<span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> برابر 0/92به دست آمد.</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;شاخص </span>KMO<span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و کرویت بارتلت نشان داد که ماتریس همبستگی به منظور تحلیل عاملی مناسب است. تحلیل عامل با تحلیل مؤلفه اصلی </span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پنج </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">عامل را با میزان تبیین 83/07 درصد واریانس کل استخراج کرده است. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">&nbsp;<b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پرسشنامه مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان دارایی روائی و پایایی مناسب است و می‌تواند به عنوان یک ابزار پایا و روا توسط پژوهشگران این حوزه به کار گرفته شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background & Aim</span></span></span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Improving the moral care of children&#39;s nurses to increase the quality of education and effective nursing training is one of the ideal goals of all nursing schools and medical institutions. The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and psychometrically evaluating the moral care questionnaire for children.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Material & Method:</span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">After the field study, two quantitative and qualitative methods were used to check the face validity of the initial questionnaire including 57 items. In order to quantitatively determine the face validity of the questionnaire, 10 nurses working in children&#39;s departments were given to the opinions of 5 members of the nursing faculty for qualitative face validity and their opinions were applied. In order to determine the validity of the content, the questionnaire was given to 18 members of the nursing faculty, and then to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, the validated version was given twice for two weeks to 30 nurses working in the children&#39;s department, and then the scores obtained in These two steps were compared using the intra cluster correlation index test. Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient was also calculated to measure the internal consistency of the questionnaire questions. In order to perform factor analysis, the questionnaire was given to 120 nurses of children&#39;s departments.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> 20 questions were removed and CVI and CVR of the whole 37-question questionnaire were calculated as 0.88 and 0.91, respectively. The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was equal to 0.89 and the intra-cluster correlation index (ICC) was equal to 0.92. KMO index and Bartlett&#39;s sphericity showed that the correlation matrix is suitable for factor analysis.
