fa بررسی نگرش پرستاران به باروری و فرزند آوری در سال 1402: یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی در شهرستان میبد و اردکان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span arial="" lang="FA">زمینه و هدف</span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">: </span></b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">پرستاران به عنوان نیروی حیاتی در حمایت و ارتقای سلامت جامعه وظایف متعدد و مهمی را بر عهده دارند و این امر می‌تواند باعث تغییر نگرش به باروری به دلیل تداخل مسئولیت‌های خانوادگی به عنوان مادر و مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف حرفه کاری شو</span><span arial="" lang="FA">د</span>.<span arial="" lang="AR-SA">مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین نگرش پرستاران در رابطه با باروری و فرزند آوری انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1402 در دو بیمارستان امام جعفر صادق میبد و ضیایی اردکان از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بر روی 155 پرستار زن با استفاده از مقیاس نگرش به باروری و فرزندآوری</span> <span arial="" lang="FA">&nbsp;انجام شد </span>&nbsp;<span arial="" lang="AR-SA">و داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار آماری </span>SPSS<span arial="" lang="FA"> نسخه 23 تحلیل گردید.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">میانگین نمره و انحراف معیار زیر مقیاس‌ها شامل&quot; فرزند به عنوان رکن زندگی (35/5 &plusmn; 26/81) ، فرزند به عنوان مانع (67/4 &plusmn; 14/19 ، موکول کردن باروری به آینده (30/4 &plusmn; 14/50) ، باروری مستلزم تحقق پیش‌زمینه‌ها (94/1 &plusmn; 10/11) بود و میانگین نمره کلی&quot;نگرش به باروری و فرزندآوری (74/11 &plusmn; 68/85) به دست آمد </span><span arial="" lang="FA">.</span><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">پرستاران با سابقه کار بیشتر از 5 سال، دارای وضعیت اقتصادی ضعیف و دارای یک تا سه فرزند</span> <span arial="" lang="AR-SA">نمره نگرش پایین تری را گزارش کردند .</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span arial="" lang="AR-SA">با توجه به نتایج، ارائه‌ی برنامه‌های آموزشی در جهت بهبود نگرش با محوریت تبیین اهمیت فرزندآوری به عنوان رکن اصلی زندگی، مانع تلقی ننمودن فرزند و موکول نکردن باروری به آینده توصیه می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Background & Aim: Nurses are responsible for a number of important tasks, and this can change the attitude towards fertility due to the interference of family responsibilities as a mother and the professional responsibilities and duties. The present study aimed to investigate the attitudes of nurses about fertility and childbearing.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Materials & Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in 2023, in&nbsp; Imam Jafar Sadegh Hospital in Meybod and Ziyai Hospital in Ardakan, Iran on 155 female nurses selected through available sampling. Data were collected using the Attitudes to Fertility and Childbearing Scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software version 23.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Results: The mean score was 26.81&plusmn;5.35 for &ldquo;child as the base of life&rdquo; subscale, 14.19&plusmn;4.67 for &ldquo;child as a barrier&rdquo;, 14.50&plusmn;4.30 for &quot;postponing fertility to the future&rdquo;, and 10.11&plusmn;1.94 for &ldquo;fertility after the fulfillment of preconditions &quot;subscale. Moreover, the overall mean score of the attitudes to fertility and childbearing was 68.85&plusmn;11.74.
