fa سرمقاله دوره ۱۱، شماره ۲ سال ۲۰۲۶ Editorial - Volume 11, Issue 2 - 2026 عمومى General نامه به سردبیر Editorial اینجانب سینا ولیئی، به عنوان سردبیر فصلنامه «پرستاری، مامایی و پیراپزشکی» دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان، بر خود لازم می‌دانم که نخستین کلمات این شماره را به قدردانی اختصاص دهم. بی‌گمان نقطه عطف این نشریه، حرکت استراتژیک به سوی علمی-پژوهشی شدن بوده است. این جهش کیفی، مرهون زحمات شبانه‌روزی هیئت تحریریه محترم، داوران گران‌قدر که با نقدهای منصفانه خود چراغ راه بوده‌اند، و همچنین نویسندگان متعهدی است که با اعتماد به این مسیر، مقالات ارزشمند خود را در اختیار ما قرار دادند. از تک‌تک شما بی‌نهایت سپاسگزارم. با این حال، این سپاسگزاری بهانه‌ای است برای اعلام یک عزم جدی؛ رویکرد جدید ما صرفاً محدود به پذیرش مقاله نیست، بلکه بر کیفیت اثرگذاری تأکید دارد. به عنوان سردبیر، بر شفافیت در داوری، کاهش زمان تصمیم‌گیری و تشویق به پژوهش‌های مسئله‌محور و میان‌رشته‌ای اصرار خواهم ورزید. ما مصمم هستیم جایگاه این مجله را از یک ناشر صرفِ مقاله، به بستری برای حل مسائل علمی روز ارتقا دهیم. این فصلنامه علاوه بر ایندکس شدن در پایگاه‌های DOAJ و Index Copernicus و اخذ نمایه علمی-پژوهشی از وزارت محترم بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، هم‌اکنون تحت بررسی برای کسب نمایه‌های معتبری همچون Scopus می‌باشد. این نشریه متعهد است فرآیند داوری همتا (Peer Review) را بر اساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی و به‌ویژه اصول و راهنماهای کمیته بین‌المللی اخلاق نشر (COPE) اجرا کند. تمامی مقالات ارسالی پس از بررسی اولیه توسط هیئت تحریریه، برای داوری تخصصی به حداقل دو داور مستقل ارسال می‌شوند و فرآیند داوری به‌صورت دوسوکور (Double-Blind) انجام می‌گیرد تا بی‌طرفی و کیفیت علمی آثار تضمین شود. همچنین، سیاست عدم سرقت علمی (Plagiarism) به‌صورت جدی در این نشریه دنبال می‌شود. تمامی مقالات ارسالی پیش از ورود به فرآیند داوری، با استفاده از سامانه‌های مشابهت‌یاب معتبر بررسی می‌شوند. از اساتید، پژوهشگران و متخصصان علاقه‌مند به همکاری به عنوان داور در این نشریه، صمیمانه دعوت می‌کنم که آمادگی خود را از طریق وب‌سایت مجله اعلام نمایند. حضور داوران متخصص و متعهد، تضمین‌کننده کیفیت علمی و سرعت فرآیند داوری خواهد بود. در پایان، این مسیر روشن بدون همراهی شما هموار نخواهد شد. از شما اساتید، پژوهشگران و دانشجویان گرامی دعوت می‌کنم که با ارسال آثار بدیع خود و همچنین پذیرش نقد علمی، ما را در اعتلای هرچه بیشتر این نشریه یاری نمایید. As Editor-in-Chief of the Scientific Journal of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedical Faculty of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences, I am pleased to offer my sincere gratitude to all contributors, reviewers, and readers for their support and contributions to this journal. Without doubt, this journal's defining milestone has been its strategic transition to Scientific-Research Accreditation status. This qualitative leap would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of our respected Editorial Board, our esteemed reviewers- who have served as guiding lights through their fair and constructive critiques- and the committed authors who placed their trust in this path and entrusted us with their valuable work. To every one of you, I extend my deepest appreciation. Yet this gratitude serves as a prelude to a firm resolve: our new approach is not confined to merely accepting manuscripts; it places emphasis on the quality of impact. As Editor-in-Chief, I will insist upon transparency in the review process, a reduction in decision-making time, and the encouragement of problem-oriented and interdisciplinary research. We are determined to elevate this journal from a mere publisher of articles to a platform for addressing the pressing scientific challenges of our time. In addition to being indexed in DOAJ and Index Copernicus, and having obtained Scientific-Research Accreditation from the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, the journal is currently under evaluation for inclusion in reputable indices, such as Scopus. This journal is committed to conducting its peer review process in accordance with international standards, and in particular the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All submitted manuscripts, following an initial assessment by the Editorial Board, are sent for expert evaluation to at least two independent reviewers. The review process is conducted in a double-blind manner to ensure the impartiality and scholarly quality of the works published. Furthermore, the journal rigorously upholds its policy against plagiarism. All submissions, prior to entering the review process, are screened using reputable similarity-detection systems. I cordially invite professors, researchers, and specialists interested in serving as reviewers for this journal to express their willingness through the journal's website. The participation of expert and dedicated reviewers will guarantee both the scholarly quality and the timeliness of the review process. In closing, this clear path will not be smoothed without your accompaniment.
