fa دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سنندج در مورد عوامل موثر بر انتخاب رشته پرستاری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> یکی از مهم&shy;ترین انتخاب&shy;های دانش&shy;آموزان بعد از اتمام تحصیلات متوسطه، انتخاب رشته می&shy;باشد. بررسی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب رشته پرستاری می&shy;تواند در شناخت و تقویت انگیزه&shy;های ورود به این رشته کمک&shy;کننده باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سنندج در مورد عوامل موثر بر انتخاب رشته پرستاری طراحی و اجرا گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روشها: </strong>این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی می&shy;باشد که در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 انجام گردید. جامعه مورد مطالعه دانشجویان جدیدالورود دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سنندج شامل 83 نفر بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شده و مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;ها، پرسشنامه&shy;ای استاندارد بود. داده&shy;های جمع&shy;آوری شده با نرم&shy;افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&shy;ها:</strong> مؤثرترین عامل در انتخاب رشته پرستاری از نظر دانشجویان مورد بررسی، علاقه کمک به مردم و کمترین تأثیر مربوط به تجربه کار درمانی قبل از اشتغال به تحصیل بود. دانشجویان، تأثیر عوامل محیطی را در انتخاب رشته خود بیش از سایر عوامل ذکر کرده بودند (05/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری: </strong>نتایج مطالعه حاکی از آن است که دانشجویان در مورد رشته&shy;های دانشگاهی و جایگاه آنها در جامعه اطلاعات خوبی ندارند لذا، برگزاری کلاسهای آموزشی برای دانش&shy;آموزان سال آخر دبیرستان در زمینه نحوه صحیح انتخاب رشته و آگاه نمودن آنها با رشته&shy;های دانشگاهی به منظور انتخاب رشته&shy;ای درست و همراه با علایق آنها، توصیه می&shy;شود.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><strong><span b="" style="color: black;"><gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15618750782242582505395">and</gwmw> Aim: </span></strong><span b="" style="color: black;">One of the</span></font><span b="" dir="RTL" style="color: black; font-family:;"> </span><font face="Times New Roman"><span b="" style="color: black;">most important</span></font><span b="" dir="RTL" style="color: black; font-family:;"> </span><font face="Times New Roman"><span b="" style="color: black;">choices for</span></font><span b="" dir="RTL" style="color: black; font-family:;"> </span><font face="Times New Roman"><span b="" style="color: black;">students after</span></font><span b="" dir="RTL" style="color: black; font-family:;"> </span><font face="Times New Roman"><span b="" style="color: black;">completion of secondary education,</span><span b="" style="color: black;"> major. The study of factors affecting the selection of nursing can help the understanding and improving the incentives to enter this field. This study was conducted to determine the perspective of nursing students of Islamic Azad University in Sanandaj on the factors affecting the choice of nursing.</span></font></font></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><strong><span b="" style="color: black;">Materials and Methods:</span></strong><strong><span b="" style="color: black; font-weight: normal;"> This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in the academic year 2011-2012. The study population included the freshman students of the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Islamic Azad <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15618750816012632071964">University of</gwmw> which included 83 persons who were selected by census and were questioned. In order to collect data a standard questionnaire was used.
