Introduction and Aim: Neonatal period is a very critical time and the survival and of all life dependent on the care received during this period. Transference of the baby among the hospitals is considered an important part of neonatal intensive care. This study aimed to evaluate the conformity of infant care during transport to medical centers with favorable conditions in hospital.
Materials and Methods: This study is a cross-sectional was conducted in 2015 and the population included newborn cares during transference to other medical centers in selected hospitals of Kurdistan University of medical sciences. 96 cases of newborn transference care were observed and compared with by a check list in accordance with the desired state of newborn care. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS-21.
Findings: The average of conformity of newborn transference care to other medical centers with favorable conditions in selected hospitals of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences in 2013 was assessed to be 86.55 percent. Newborn transference care to other medical centers in 64.6 percent was average and 35.4 percent was favorable.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that the level of conformity of newborn transference care to other hospitals with the favorable condition was medium. The results showed the necessity of full to the nursing care during newborn transference.

FA
Introduction and Aim: Family provides the Psychological and physical needs of each failure in its duty brings about problems and paying attention to its problems and trying to resolve problems. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between family functioning and mental health staff at of Medical sciences.
Materials and Methods: This study was a descriptive study and the population included all the employees working at the Kurdistan University of Medical sciences who were 384 people and 185 of them were chosen using Cochran formula. Demographic questionnaire, McMaster family Questionnaire (1983), Goldverg mental Health (1972) and the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
Findings: The results showed that there was no relationship between gender or work experience mental there was a significant relationship between the , Physical stamina and depression. the whole, there was a direct relationship between the workplace and the mental health (p>0.0001). Moreover, there was a notable relationship between the level of eduction and depression (one of the acpects of mental health) (p>.02) and physical (p>0.05). Furthermore, close relationship between communications (family performance) and work place (p>0.01), between playing role and work place (p>0.002). In general, there was a reverse correlation between mental health of employees and family performance.
Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the family is the most effective environmental factor in the development of individuals and the mental health of every individual is positively or negatively affected by the performance of their families. As a result one of the crucial factors of mental health is family performance.

Investigate effect of neutron energy source for BNCT and digesting applications

FA
Introduction and Aim: the interaction of neutrons with light elements is used in neutron activation (NAA), neutron therapy (BNCT) and etc. order to use the neutrons optimally, their energy spectrum has to be tailored to their practical purposes. When doing neutron therapy, the light elements which are located in the treatment site are activated and the instantaneous gamma ray has a specific value for each element using which the quantity of the is measured the site. In this study, the effect of on the activation of is used in neutron therapy was studied.
Material and method: MCNP was used to simulate. First, all if the neutron spectra, such as (MeV14) and the spectrum of the reactor and isotope sources were evaluated. The resulted spectrums of these sources were simulated by MCNP software. Considering the ability of this software in the transport of and particles and gamma flux measurements derived from them, the most optimal neutron energy spectrum of gamma for identifying , carbon, and elements was introduced.
Findings: the best spectrum of energy in order to identify the light elements in the energy range of BNCT (KeV10-1) is a spectrum of energy which has thermal neutrons (similar to Maxwell spectrum)Hydrogen has a good cross section for interaction with thermal neutrons. Oxygen and carbon has a good cross section with swift neutrons. By using neutron source MeV14 the neutron generator, hydrogen energe peak is less than when the source energy spectrum is similar to Maxwell and has higher oxyen and carbon peak.
Conclusion: Therfore, there is better output for therapeutic purposes, detection and analysis of light lelments like Maxwell (reactor or isotope sources). However, if the ratio of oxygen to carbon is measured and the mono energy sourse MeV14 be used, there is a better output.

FA
Introduction and Aim: Increasing elderly population has led to increased attention to the concepts of quality of life in the past decades. This study was conducted to investigate the quality of life of citizens of Ilam city related factors in 2013.
Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive, cross-sectional study, and its samples included 200 senior of Ilam who were randomly selected using cluster sampling from Quality of life index of the studied samples by the Persian version of the twenty six-question questionnaire quality of life published by the world health organization. SPSS 19, descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA were used for the data analysis.
Findings: Data obtained on four aspects of physical health, mental health, social relationships and environmental health, and the overall performance of quality of life of senior citizens showed that the mean score of QOL in physical health 48.86, mental health 51.33, social relationships 56.33 and environmental health was 45.88. The total mean score of quality of life of elderly people was 50.29. Moreover, the findings also showed that the average quality of life in older men (58.62±2.59was higher than the quality of life of older women (42.7±1.51). Also, there was a significant relationship between the quality of life and gender, education level and marital status (P<0.03), and the relationship with issues such and age, employment status and insurance was not statistically .
Conclusion: the results showed that the samples had a medium of quality of life. Therefore, there is the necessity to have a strategy to help people to improve and maintain overall health and quality of life.

FA
and Aim: One of the most important choices for students after completion of secondary education, major. The study of factors affecting the selection of nursing can help the understanding and improving the incentives to enter this field. This study was conducted to determine the perspective of nursing students of Islamic Azad University in Sanandaj on the factors affecting the choice of nursing.
Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in the academic year 2011-2012. The study population included the freshman students of the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Islamic Azad University of which included 83 persons who were selected by census and were questioned. In order to collect data a standard questionnaire was used. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.
Findings: The main factor for choosing this discipline from the studied perspective was the desire to help people and the least effect was related to health care work experience prior to . The impact of environmental factors in selecting this discipline was more than other factors (p<0.05).
Conclusion: The findings showed that students had poor information regarding academic disciplines and their position in the society , holding training classes for senior students on how to select their future career and informing them regarding academic disciplines to choose proper field along with their interests is recommended

FA
Introductionand Aim: personality trait determines the motivation and persons perspective regarding career and the way person responds to career demands. The present study was conducted to predict job performance and resiliency based on personality traits on the employees of Kermanshah Municipality.
Materials and Methods: the study population consisted of all employees of Kermanshah municipality working at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd districts of Kermanshah in 2014 on 550 people. The sample of this study included 225 who were randomly selected using Morgan table. The instrument condisted of five factor personality questionnaire (NEO) Costa and McCrae (1985), Connor-
Davidson resilience Scale questionnaire (2003) and Patersons job performance questionnaire (1989). Data analysis was done using statistical software SPSS16, LIDRL, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics tests including path ananlysis, correlation, regression analysis and independent T.
Findings: The results showed that exogenous and extroversion variables had regression coefficient of 0.15 and 0.19 respectively and a direct significant effect on job performance. Moreover, there was a significant positive correlation between job performance and resiliency and there was no significant difference between male and female job performance.
Conclusion: In order to improve the human resources, more attention should be paid to the role of personaliy factors and resilience in the equations of human resources.
