زمینه و هدف: ارتقاء رضایت بیماران، یکی از مهم‌ترین اهدافی است که مدیران بهداشتی درمانی در پی آن هستند. رضایت بیمار وضعیت تعامل بین متخصصین مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و گیرنده خدمات محسوب می‌شود و وابسته به روابط پرستاران با کار خودشان است؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی رابطه‌ی رفاه ذهنی (احساس رفاه) پرستاران و رضایت بیماران با نقش میانجی فرسودگی شغلی انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران بیمارستان‌های دولتی استان لرستان در سال 1397 (2602 نفر) بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 335 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های رفاه ذهنی سام آرام و محبوبی (1393)، رضایت بیمار (PSI) و فرسودگی شغلی (MBI) استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که رفاه ذهنی به‌صورت مستقیم (0/04=β) و غیرمستقیم (0/44=β) با نقش میانجی فرسودگی شغلی بر رضایت بیماران اثرگذار است (در مجموع 0/84=β). همچنین رفاه ذهنی بر فرسودگی شغلی (0/72=β) و فرسودگی شغلی بر رضایت بیمار (0/62=β) اثرگذار است.
نتیجه گیری: رفاه ذهنی، با نقش میانجی فرسودگی شغلی، تأثیر مثبتی بر رضایت بیمار دارد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران با ایجاد زمینه جهت افزایش رفاه ذهنی و حذف عوامل ایجادکننده فرسودگی شغلی؛ رضایت بیماران را افزایش دهند.
