زمینه و هدف: در بخش‌های درمانی و بالینی تنش‌ها و چالش‌های فروانی اتفاق می‌افتد که ممکن است تبعات و عوارض نامطلوب جسمی و روانی را برای کارکنان به دنبال داشته باشد. پرستاران بخش مراقبت سلامت مشکلات روان‌شناختی بیشتری را نسبت به سایر کارکنان در محیط‌های صنعتی یا عمومی دارند. لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف تبیین درک پرستاران از عوامل روان‌شناختی محیط کار طراحی گردیده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: این‌یک تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوی است که طی آن 12 پرستار از بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خوی به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در مطالعه مشارکت کردند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه فردی عمیق نیمه ساختارمند استفاده شد. کلیه مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و سپس دست‌نویس شده و با استفاده از روش مقایسه‌ای مداوم و به روش گرانهایم و لاندمن مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: از آنالیز مستمر و مقایسه‌ای داده‌ها سه‌طبقه اصلی و نه زیر طبقه را نمایان کرد. طبقات اصلی «محیط کار پراسترس»، «حمایت ناکافی مدیران» و «عوامل فردی اجتماعی» بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: ازنظر روان‌شناختی محیط کاری پرتنش و چالش زا می‌تواند باعث به خطر افتادن سلامت روانی پرستاران و پیامدهای نامطلوب حرفه‌ای شود؛ بنابراین لازم است مدیران پرستاری اقداماتی را در جهت بهبود شرایط روان‌شناختی محیط کار انجام داده و به حفظ سلامت روانی پرستاران و افزایش کیفیت مراقبت و ایمنی بیمار کمک کنند.
