پیش زمینه و هدف: پرستاران، در طول فرایند کاری خود، درگیر تنش­های گسترده ­ای می ­شوند که زمینه ساز افزایش خستگی از شفقت و کاهش همدلی در آنها می­ شود؛ لذا مداخلات درمانی جهت کاهش شفقت از خستگی و افزایش همدلی باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. براین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی توجه آگاهی معنوی اسلامی گروهی و کاهش استرس مبتنی بر توجه آگاهی گروهی بر خستگی از شفقت و همدلی پرستاران انجام شده است.
مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است. تعداد 90 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان عارفیان ارومیه در پاییز و زمستان 1401، با روش نمونه­ گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 3 گروه توجه آگاهی معنوی اسلامی گروهی (30 نفر)، کاهش استرس مبتنی بر توجه آگاهی گروهی (30 نفر) و گروه کنترل (30 نفر) قرار گرفتند و پرسشنامه­ های خستگی از شفقت فیگلی (1995) و همدلی بارون-کوهن (2003) را پیش و پس از مداخله و پس از 2 ماه پیگیری تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر و با نرم افزار spss22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد در خستگی از شفقت، مداخله کاهش استرس مبتنی بر توجه­ آگاهی گروهی اثربخشی بالاتری نسبت به توجه ­آگاهی معنوی اسلامی گروهی داشت (0/05 > p)، اما در همدلی، مداخله توجه آگاهی معنوی اسلامی گروهی اثربخشی بالاتری نسبت به مداخله کاهش استرس مبتنی بر توجه­ آگاهی گروهی داشت (0/05 > p).
