زمینه و هدف: بسیاری از بیماران در طول مدت بستری در بیمارستان ممکن است دچار وخامت بالینی غیرمنتظره شوند و شدت این وخامت بالینی با مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی همراه است. بنابراین ابزار تریاژ موثر برای شناسایی سریع عوامل خطر و مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی، یک نیاز اساسی می‌باشد. در حال حاضر، چندین سیستم امتیازدهی برای پیش‌بینی وخامت بالینی و مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی استفاده می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی دقت انواع ابزارهای نمره هشدار زودرس در پیش‌بینی میزان مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، مقالات مرتبط با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های Early warning score و Triage early  warning score و Inhospital mortality  و نمره هشدار زودرس و نمره هشدار زودرس تریاژ و مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی در پایگاه علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، پژوهشگاه اطلاعات و مدارک علمی ایران، بانک اطلاعاتی نشریات کشور،Science direct  ، Medline, Springer، PubMed و Scholar Google  جستجو شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس دیاگرام پریزما تعداد 95 مقاله یافت شد. و با توجه به هدف مطالعه 32 مقاله مرتبط انتخاب گردید. نتایج نشان داد ابزار نمره هشدار زودرس تریاژ در پیش‌بینی مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی دقیق تر است.
نتیجه‌گیری: سیستم های نمره هشدار زودرس ابزار مفید در مدیریت خطر بیماران هستند. در این بین نمره هشدار زودرس تریاژ با توجه به اینکه سن یکی از پارامترهای آن می‌باشد قدرت بیشتری در پیش‌بینی وخامت بالینی و مرگ‌ومیر داخل بیمارستانی دارد
