زمینه و اهداف: همهگیری کووید-۱۹ به طور قابل توجهی بر سلامت روان عمومی تأثیر گذاشت. مادران نوزادان نارس به دلیل بستری نوزاد در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان، در معرض اضطراب قرار دارند و همهگیری کووید-۱۹ میتواند بار روانی آنان را تشدید کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اضطراب میان مادران دارای نوزاد نارس و مادران دارای نوزاد ترم در طول همهگیری کووید-۱۹ انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی از نوع مقایسهای در سال ۱۴۰۱ در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان کودکان بهرامی تهران انجام شد. در مجموع ۲۲۰ مادر، شامل ۱۱۰ مادر دارای نوزاد نارس و ۱۱۰ مادر دارای نوزاد ترم، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعیتشناختی، پرسشنامه اضطراب حالت-صفت اشپیلبرگر و مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای تی مستقل، مجذور کای و تحلیل کوواریانس در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد مادران دارای نوزاد نارس در مقایسه با مادران دارای نوزاد ترم، به طور معناداری نمرات بالاتری در اضطراب حالت (4.80±48.38 در برابر 2.96±26.82، 0.001>P)، اضطراب صفت (6.75±42.29 در برابر 4.50±28.33، 0.001>P) و اضطراب کرونا (3.56±33.03 در برابر 7.23±20.90، 0.001>P) داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: در دوران همهگیری کووید-۱۹، مادران دارای نوزاد نارس بستری در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان در مقایسه با مادران دارای نوزاد ترم، اضطراب بیشتری را گزارش کردند. توجه به نیازهای روانی مادران دارای نوزاد نارس و فراهمکردن حمایتهای روانشناختی، مشاوره و راهبردهای مدیریت اضطراب در شرایط بحرانهای بهداشت عمومی ضروری است.
