زمینه و هدف: مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران سکته مغزی به دنبال بار مراقبتی دچار فرسایش جسمی و روانی می‌شوند. تاب‌آوری یکی از فاکتورهایی است که می‌تواند به آنها در مقابله با این تغییرات و ناملایمات یاری رساند. در این خصوص مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین بار مراقبتی و تاب‌آوری در مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی در سال 1402 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی - مقطعی از نوع همبستگی، 116 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران سکته مغزی در بیمارستان بعثت همدان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل: مقیاس ناتوانی Modified Rankin، پرسشنامه‌های بار مراقبتی Novak & Guest و تاب‌آوریConnor-Davidson و فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک بود. آنالیز داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون درSPSS-25 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات بار مراقبتی و تاب‌آوری به ترتیب 13/47 ± 86/24 و 9/15 ± 40/18 بود؛ که به این صورت بار مراقبتی شدید و تاب‌آوری پایین‌تر از حد متوسط داشتند. همچنین مشخص شد که بین بار مراقبتی و تاب‌آوری آنها ارتباط معکوس و معنی‌دار آماری وجود دارد (0/05 > P ، 0/255 - = r).
نتیجه‌گیری: بار مراقبتی بیشتر افراد مورد بررسی، بالا بوده که با بررسی و رفع علل آن می‌توان آن را کاهش داد. پیشنهاد می‌شود که ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی با ارائه آموزش‌های مناسب؛ بر کاهش بار مراقبتی و تقویت تاب‌آوری آنها تمرکز و به این ترتیب در افزایش پایداری و ثبات جسمی و روانی آنها نقش مؤثری ایفا کنند.
