زمینه و هدف: اضطراب به عنوان یکی از شایع‌ترین پاسخ روان‌شناختی بیماران بستری شناخته شده است. یکی از تکنیکهای پیشنهادی، مشاوره پرستاری و ارائه اطلاعاتی ضروری درباره پروسیجر به بیمار است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر مشاوره پرستاری قبل از عمل بر اضطراب و رضایت مندی بیماران کاندید عمل جراحی هیسترکتومی شکمی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی بر روی 60 بیمار کاندید عمل جراحی هیسترکتومی شکمی انجام شد.گروه مداخله علاوه بر دریافت مراقبت‌های معمول بیمارستان در گروه کنترل ،برنامه اختصاصی مشاوره پرستاری قبل عمل که توسط پرستار بی‌هوشی طرح‌ریزی شده بود را دریافت کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها: فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بالینی و مقیاس دیداری اضطراب و پرسشنامه رضایتمندی از عمل جراحی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با SPSS ویرایش 16 انجام شد.
یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج، میانگین نمره اضطراب بدو ورود به اتاق عمل در گروه آزمون (1/36±3/27) و گروه کنترل (1/86±4/37) بود. میانگین نمره اضطراب قبل از القاء بی‌هوشی در گروه آزمون (1/53±2/7) و گروه کنترل (0/97±3/57) بود که در هر گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان داد(P=0/01).همچنین ، میانگین نمره رضایت بین گروه آزمون (0/61±2/97) و گروه کنترل (0/53±2/17) تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان دادP=0/0001)).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه مشاوره پرستاری قبل از عمل بر کاهش میزان اضطراب و افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران کاندید عمل جراحی هیسترکتومی شکمی موثر بود. پیشنهاد میشود که انجام مشاوره‌های قبل از عمل در برنامه مراقبتی کلیه بیماران تحت عمل جراحی و سایر پروسیجرهای تهاجمی صورت گیرد.

نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه مشاوره پرستاری قبل از عمل بر کاهش میزان اضطراب و افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران کاندید عمل جراحی هیسترکتومی شکمی موثر بود. پیشنهاد میشود که انجام مشاوره‌های قبل از عمل در برنامه مراقبتی کلیه بیماران تحت عمل جراحی و سایر پروسیجرهای تهاجمی صورت گیرد.
