هدف: پرستاران به‌عنوان عناصر کلیدی نظام سلامت تحت تأثیر عوامل فردی و سازمانی متعددی قرار دارند که می‌توانند بر عملکرد شغلی آنان اثرگذار باشند. ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک و علاقه‌مندی به شغل از جمله عواملی هستند که نقش مهمی در این زمینه دارند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک ، علاقه‌مندی به شغل و عملکرد شغلی پرستاران مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان انجام شد.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی که در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام گرفت، ۲۶۵ پرستار با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. معیارهای ورود شامل اشتغال رسمی یا قراردادی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی، داشتن حداقل یک سال سابقه کار و تمایل به شرکت در مطالعه بود. معیار خروج، عدم تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها به‌طور کامل بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد شغلی پاترسون بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ و آزمون‌های تی مستقل، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی‌داری P<0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی مشارکت‌کنندگان 6.8±32.66 سال و میانگین سابقه خدمت 6.1±9.23 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد بین علاقه به شغل، وضعیت استخدامی، نوع شیفت کاری، سن و سابقه خدمت با عملکرد شغلی رابطه آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت (P<0.05). در مقابل، جنسیت، وضعیت تأهل و سطح تحصیلات ارتباط معناداری با عملکرد شغلی نشان ندادند.
نتیجه‌گیری:  یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که علاقه به شغل، نوع شیفت کاری، وضعیت استخدامی، سن و سابقه خدمت از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های دموگرافیکی مرتبط با عملکرد شغلی پرستاران هستند. بنابراین، مدیران بیمارستان‌ها می‌توانند با تمرکز بر این عوامل و تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی و سیاست‌های انگیزشی هدفمند، زمینه ارتقای عملکرد شغلی پرستاران را فراهم کنند.
