زمینه و هدف: اعتماد، عنصری اساسی در پرستاری از کودکان است که به طور قابل توجهی بر روابط درمانی، پایبندی به درمان و رضایت از مراقبتها تأثیر میگذارد. این مرور دامنهای ویژگیهای روانسنجی و کاربرد ابزارهای طراحی شده برای سنجش اعتماد کودکان به ارائهدهندگان مراقبتهای بهداشتی را بررسی میکند.
مواد و روشها: این مرور دامنهای با جستجو در پایگاههای داده شامل PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science و CINAHL انجام شد. فرآیند انتخاب مطالعه شامل حذف موارد تکراری، غربالگری عنوان و چکیده و سپس بررسی متن کامل بود. دادههای استخراج شده شامل مشخصات مطالعه، ویژگیهای ابزار و ارزیابیهای روانسنجی بود. تحلیل دادهها به صورت توصیفی و با تمرکز بر ویژگیهای روانسنجی و کاربرد ابزارها انجام شد.
یافتهها: در جستجوی اولیه ۲۳۸ مقاله به دست آمد. پس از حذف موارد غیرمرتبط و غربالگری، دو مطالعه واجد معیارهای ورود شناسایی شد. در هر دو ابزار، ابعاد اعتماد شامل صداقت، عاطفه و قابلیت اطمینان بودند. ماهیت مبتنی بر سناریوی ابزارها نیازمند تفکر انتزاعی بود که کاربرد آنها را برای کودکان با سن کم محدود میکرد. هیچ یک از مطالعات، مشارکت مستقیم کودکان در توسعه گویهها گزارش نکردند.
نتیجهگیری: ابزارهای موجود جهت سنجش اعتماد کودکان به پرستاران و پزشکان، ابزارهای معتبری هستند. با این حال این ابزارها به دلیل اتکا به سناریوهای انتزاعی و عدم مشارکت کودکان در فرآیند توسعه، محدودیتهایی دارند. تحقیقات آینده باید بر ایجاد ابزارهایی با گویههای سادهتر و عینیتر تمرکز کنند. همچنین استفاده از نظرات و تجربیات کودکان در توسعه ابزارها میتواند بر اعتبار و دقت آنها بیفزاید.
