زمینه و هدف: بیماری کووید-19 علاوه‌ بر سلامت جسمی، تهدیدی برای سلامت روان نیز محسوب میشود. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی اضطراب کرونا براساس تاب‌آوری و تنظیم شناختی هیجان با توجه به نقش میانجی‌ راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در افراد دارای تجربه ابتلاء به کرونا انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل 500 نفر از بیماران دارای تجربه ابتلاء به کرونا در سال 1400 و 1401 که با بهبودی نسبی از بیمارستان امام خمینی شهرستان اردبیل ترخیص شده‌اند ‌بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از چهار پرسشنامه اضطراب کرونا ویروس، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان، مقیاس تاب‌آوری و پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله‌ای استفاده شد. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون، معادلات ساختاری، تحلیل مسیر و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. در این راستا از دو نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-23 و ایموس استفاده شد.
یافته‌‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تاب‌آوری می‌تواند به تبیین و پیش‌بینی اضطراب کرونا به واسطه نقش میانجی‌ راهبردهای مقابله‌ای بپردازد (0/01>p) بر اساس یافته‌ها تنظیم شناختی هیجان رابطه معنی‌داری با اضطراب کرونا دارد (0/01>p). همچنین مشخص شد که بین راهبردهای مقابله‌ای و اضطراب کرونا رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0/01>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهشی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تاب‌آوری قابلیت پیش‌بینی اضطراب کرونا را با توجه به نقش میانجی‌ راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در جامعه‌ی آماری مورد مطالعه دارند‌.
