زمینه و هدف: آموزش خود مراقبتی از ارکان اصلی جهت پیشگیری از عوارض در بیماران تحت سلول‌های پیوندی است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیرآموزش خود مراقبتی با ابزار هوشمند همراه بر میزان اضطراب و افسردگی پس از پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی در بیماران لوسمی طراحی شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، 104 بیمار لوسمی تحت پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی با روش تخصیص تصادفی بلوکی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. در بیماران گروه کنترل مراقبت‌های روتین و در گروه مداخله علاوه بر مراقبت‌های روتین، آموزش خود مراقبتی با ابزار هوشمند تلفن همراه به بیمار داده شد. دو هفته، یک ماه و سه ماه پس از شروع مداخله مقیاس اضطراب و افسردگی بیمارستانی (HADS) توسط دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تکمیل گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون‌های کای دو و آزمون تی تحت نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: دو گروه از نظر میانگین نمرات اضطراب دو هفته، یک ماه و سه ماه بعد از پیوند تفاوت معناداری داشتند(0/05p<) اما از نظر میانگین نمرات افسردگی فقط یک ماه بعد از پیوند تفاوت معناداری داشتند(0/038p=).
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش خود مراقبتی با ابزار هوشمند همراه میزان اضطراب و افسردگی پس از پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی را کاهش می‌دهد.
