زمینه و اهداف: با توجه به جایگاه محوری ایمنی بیمار و شیوع اختلالات خواب در پرستاران، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین کیفیت خواب و عوامل وابسته بر بروز خطاهای دارویی در پرستاران بیمارستان شهید بهشتی شهر همدان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضریک مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بود که بر روی 258 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی شهر همدان در سال 1404 انجام شد. گردآوری دادهها با پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ (PSQI) و پرسشنامه خطاهای دارویی صورت گرفت. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 27 و از طریق آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه با سطح معناداری کمتر از 0.05 انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین ± انحراف معیار سن پرستاران مورد مطالعه 6 ± 31.6 بود. 98.1 درصد پرستاران کیفیت خواب نامطلوبی داشتند؛ به طوری که میانگین± انحراف معیار این متغیر 2.61 ± 11.34 برآورد گردید. در بین مؤلفههای کیفیت خواب، بیشترین امتیاز مربوط به مؤلفه تأخیر در به خواب رفتن و سپس مؤلفه مدت زمان خواب بود. خطاهای دارویی نیز در سطح متوسطی گزارش شد. از بین عوامل مؤثر بر خطاهای دارویی مشخص شد خستگی ناشی از کار (60.5 درصد)، مشکلات اقتصادی پرستاران (56.6 درصد) و کمبود تعداد پرستاران نسبت به بیماران (55 درصد) به ترتیب دارای بیشترین فراوانی بودند. ارتباط معناداری بین کیفیت خواب پرستاران و خطاهای دارویی مشاهده نشد (0.05> P).
