زمینه و هدف: خشونت علیه زنان به زنجیرهای از مسائل بهداشتی مرتبط است و بر رفتارهای بهداشتی و توانایی زنان برای جستجوی هر نوع مراقبت بهداشتی تاثیر می‌گذارد. هدف از انجام مطالعه‌ی حاضر تعیین ارتباط بین خشونت خانگی با رفتارهای ارتقادهنده سلامت در زنان می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی بر روی 380 زن خشونت دیده‌ی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهر کرج در سال 1400 با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد و بومی‌سازی شده‌ی خشونت خانگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و رفتارهای ارتقا دهنده‌ی سلامت جمع‌آوری شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که نمره‌ی کل رفتارهای ارتقادهنده‌ی سلامت ارتباط منفی و معنی‌داری با نمره‌ی کل خشونت خانگی (0/16=r) و نمره خشونت روانی (0/16=r) و خشونت جنسی (0/13=r) دارد. نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که ابعاد مختلف خشونت خانگی با هم می‌توانند حدود 2 درصد از نمره‌ی کل رفتارهای ارتقادهنده‌ی سلامت را پیش‌بینی کنند (0/019= R2adj، 0/17- R).
نتیجه‌گیری: خشونت می‌تواند بر رفتارهای بهداشتی زنان موثر باشد و پیشگیری از خشونت می‌تواند گام مهمی در توسعه‌ی سلامت زنان و بالطبع سلامت کل جامعه باشد.
